The staff

The hot water is not working well and the wiring of the hot water source is a potential electric shock hazard because the wiring is not secured there is tape on it that could wet anytime. its very unsafe!!

The place is clean and the location is great! It's affordable and the staff are nice!

The elevator was not working on the first day of our stay so we had to climb up the stairs. But they did give us a heads up about it and was eventually fixed the following day.

Staff was nice and helpful, carried rollator and bag upstairs Room is clean and good enough once you adjust. No problem getting deposit back. Private ensuite bathroom. Staff put me in a tuktuk (different word) with sidecar to get to port when Gru taxi didn't show up, rollator tied on top. Morning coffee vendor at corner. Dim Sum restaurant across street.

Bait and Switch. $30 instead of the $20 room I picked. Photo of elevator but elevator doesn't work. What breakfast? Oh. Starts at 7 AM. This stuff has to be in description. An email too late to cancel doesn't cut it.

The bed was ok and the facilities were functional.

Very dark inside, no natural light. The windows were boarded up and covered with curtains. The aircon was too noisy to use at night time, so I used the fan instead. I had neighbors having a party in the middle of the night. Complained multiple times to the front desk, but they couldn't get them to stop. Needless to say, I could not sleep. The room was not cleaned for the duration of my stay (3 nights).

The bed is good and the aircon is ok also

The hotel was easy to locate. The room was also clean and comfy. The hotel staffs were also courteous.

hotel room has no windows it’s like spending time in a man cave. one cannot tell the difference between day and night. bathroom is dated and needs renovation
