Grill on the balcony didn’t work

The tv in the living room did not work. It was a big problem with kids.

Large west facing balcony with a view of the gulf and bay, spacious home with four bathrooms and three bedrooms, quality beds* in 3 of 4 bedrooms, beautiful floor to ceiling view* from all rooms, kitchen, with a view, pretty new furniture*, access to beach, pool, spa

*electric blinds being repaired;couldn’t close *living room chair squeaked badly *bed off of living room mattress quality poor - uneven

This is our second time to stay at portifino. We love the property . The views from the balcony never disappoint! The staff are friendly and the beach is gorgeous!

Our unit wasn’t as clean as I’d expect and had a few broken items. Deck chairs, electrical outlets , lamps. But it was still nice.

The location was perfect, and the view was excellent. The pool was clean, and the water temperature was perfect. My grandson had a blast while playing on the beach.

The ac went out during our stay. We were moved to much smaller location within the facility, and the refrigerator freezer was thawing and leaking into the floor in that condo. We wasted that whole day waiting on repairs and then finally moving from one condo to the other. Only to have to move again because of the refrigerator issue. I finally rented 2 hotel rooms to accommodate the family. We were refunded for that day, however it didn't cover the cost of hotel rooms. We had our 3 month granddaughter and our 6 year old grandson with us. Our vacation was ruined because of all the chaos. The shower in the master bath had black mold in different areas of the shower. The floors in both condos had sand on them. Finger prints and dust were on the glass tables. Both condo's needed a good cleaning. The property manager did the best she could to help us. Her name is Shelby, but there was only so much she could offer us.

Location and amenities were excellent

Our room didn't have cable or any apps like Netflix or Hulu. The remotes also did not work.
