- bad staff - the street is horrible - irresponsible staff ( they give us a room not the same we booked ) - the manager of the residence is not respectful

The apartment was very clean and the view by the terrace was amazing , I highly recommend this stay !

I like the swimming pool was clean and refreshing ,plus the apartment was specious 👍

I did not like that there was too much fly .I did not like the delay made when we order food from the restaurants they take too much Time to prepare. and I thought that the breakfast is included together with the stay as you mentioned breakfast in the booking then later on they charge us 40 dinars very poor breakfast.

Chef was good, nice food at reasonable price. Clean pool, large appartment with terrace. Manager very helpful beautiful views from terrace as we were on the 3rd floor.

Reception greeting only my fiance even though the booking was in my name. Lack of English speaking staff. Sometimes felt like an Alien with other people as mostly were Arabic or French/Tunisian. Especially felt uncomfortable with some religious males who didn't acknowledge any form of greeting. It's not a great place to stay if you're an English woman with a tunisian fiance/husband. Bedding could have been better and towels. Nothing much in the kitchen area for cooking maybe if they supply basic essentials like milk, coffee and water on arrival for a little extra charge. Towards the end of the week it got busy and very noisy through the night.

Lovely place, lovely reception and staff. Even if in Ramadan, they served us a gourmet break fast in the late morning. Not so far from Tabarka centre, and in a really lovely location with wonderful views and skyline

Family run business. Room was clean. It’s equipped with a heater, fridge, extra blankets. They also have a restaurant with a not bad pizza. Many channels available on tv. Nice view from the common terrace.

Shower drainage blocked. Created mess in entirety of bathroom. On booking said we can pay via card, but on checkout, they said that option isnt available. So we had to drive to city center to withdraw, and that delayed/cancelled our day plans before our flight.

The location itself is so peaceful and clean and all staff members are so professional and nice.

The road that leads to the location is so bad.I know this is the job of the city of Tabarka, but I hope it will be done quickly to encourage the owner of NN residence and other businesses around to grow up consistently and therefore keep their customers.
