Great place to stay! Well located and a great house. Owners left flowers and treats. So nice!

My son was getting married at the Annapolis Yacht Club so we rented this amazing house that was within walking distance of all of the wedding events. The house was charming and well appointed with everything we needed for a great stay! Highly recommend!

We were visiting for a wedding and hosting the wedding party.. Donald was an excellent host. He was extremely accommodating working with us amid our hectic schedule leading up to the wedding. The excellent location with its proximity to downtown made this trip extremely enjoyable. When we arrived the place was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others. Overall an amazing experience.

Perfect location, walkable to everything Annapolis has to offer. Lovely home, impeccably decorated and very comfortable furniture and layout. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. Check in and out times were very reasonable and the owner was very responsive. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed at - lovely special touches (real flowers and coffee!)

We loved the house which is an historic home dating from 1810. It has been modernized with a great kitchen but in a way that takes nothing away anything and which blends seamlessly with the original elements of the home. The owner, Donald, could not have been more helpful, he is an excellent host. The location of the property is also amazing, including being an easy walk to both the historic statehouse and the US Naval Academy which one one of the best tours we were ever on, by the way. There were five us, including 2 of my sons and their cousins and everyone had a great time. Great restaurants in the area as well.

This property is everything promised in the listing. It’s the perfect location for all things Annapolis! We walked all wkd and used this property as home base. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy my reunion. I will 100% rent again the next time we come to Annapolis!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property and the location to DTA, USNA, and the Navy Marine Corp Memorial Stadium. We were in town for my 20th reunion from USNA and the house was absolutely amazing for our family during our stay. I would stay here again and loved the historic but up to date feel of the house. Fantastic stay!!!!

Terrific family trip to USNA to see my daughter. The location is perfect. We walked into town, to USNA and to the football game. The house has everything you need, and we loved the back patio. We look forward to renting from Donald again who made it so easy!

This house was the perfect location for walking to the State House, the Naval Academy, the Paca house, and the dock/restaurants - basically anything you want to see in Historic Annapolis. It was clean and was easy to settle into. The house had everything you could need to feel at home! The courtyard was private, and our family of 6 easily fit into the house. Can’t wait to return! Donald was quickly responsive when we had a minor issue.

This charm filled property was super clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped, fantastic historic Annapolis location and the owner went out of his way to accommodate us. Our experience was perfect! Thank you again!

We had a great time staying here. We rent houses through VRBO frequently and in all different areas. This was one of our favorites. The location is great. It is literally a two minute walk to everything... the shops, the waterfront, restaurants, Ego Alley, etc. You can't beat it if you want to be near everything. The house was also super clean and very welcoming. It appears to be recently renovated and everything was brand new, clean and in excellent condition. The beds were super comfortable. The layout of the house is great too. There is a third floor with three single beds. We had four adults and three kids so the kids stayed up there, which was perfect. The third floor could easily accommodate more kids if necessary on cots/air mattresses. The owner, Don, was great too. He was very responsive and made the check-in process easy. We had one special request, which he accommodated, no problem. Overall this house is an A+. We will definitely be back and this house will be our go-to spot in Annapolis.

We had a wonderful stay at this historic house . It has been perfectly updated to include a fully equipped kitchen , the furniture comfortable and classic, and the house was very clean and comfortable. Hope to return ...!

Amazing place in the heart of downtown Annapolis! Newly renovated with great amenities and very spacious. Great living room with bar to hangout with family and friends, nice dining area, larger kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Great communication with owner. We will definitely stay here again!
