The view and the location. The modern apartment block. The prompt response from the staff. The washing machine was not working in the apartment and staff took our clothing and washed and returned it.

Inconsistent hot water supply. The owner has 15 apartments in the block. We were not given the apartment we booked on booking.com. The apartment was damp and a little stuffy.

The balcony offered stunning views of the sea and the iconic dragon bridge of Da Nang. The balcony was also a great spot to have a morning coffee and start my day. I highly recommend this room to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean, and picturesque place to stay. It truly exceeded my expectations and made for a fantastic vacation.

Location is good

Too noisy. At night, neighbors will sing karaoke till early morning 3-4am. In the day, there was renovations on other units.

The place is the clean and location is great.

Would be better if the air conditioning can be fixed, the toilet tap needs to be fixed and if can have a mirror will be great.

Location very close beach just 5 minutes. There have many restaurants and convenience store around apartment. Inside room very convenient and staff very helpful.
