Location and check in was good. Staff was friendly and responsive.

There were lots of water related issues. The entry way was unsafely wet the entire time. As was the roof top area so we did not get to enjoy it. My other experiences in Miami, after a rain, areas tend to dry out quickly, not the case at this property. The outdoor area held 5-6 inches of rain and started leaking into the living space. The kitchen ceiling had a water leak that was never addressed. The master bath shower only had one temp, HOT. We were never able to figure out how to cool the water down. The clogged toilet (was clogged when we arrived) was fixed 8 or so hours after I contacted them. The master bath lights didn't work, the handy man came and fixed one, but it immediately went back down. Furniture and other amenities are more worn and dirty than the pictures lead you to believe. Refrigerator could have used an interior wipe down. Bedding and towels were clean, but the King room was missing a blanket. Not a lot of care was taken with the property. In general could use a lot of updating. We got a good rate due to it being hurricane season, but I would not pay full price for this location.

The jacuzzi was amazing at night an how everything is with walking distance located right off the south beach Miami strip

The place was great need some fixing up an repairs to the place but besides that great location it had a great view from the rooftop. the only thing that this place was missing was a mini pool on the rooftop but overall I have an amazing time everything is walking distance from there bar, clubs, restaurant an shopping outlets . Would stay here again it was a great time till next time south beach Miami thanxs for everything

The location is ideal for the younger crowd.. literally across the street from one of the best restaurants we ate at. “The Licking”

I’m older and this location Is in the heart of everything... if you’re going for relaxation consider another area but if you’re going to enjoy and party you hit the jackpot.. I did go Spring Break week as well.
