Lovely quiet location. Plenty of parking space. Comfy bed. Modern decor. Perfect base or quiet retreat.

It clearly hadn’t been stayed in for a while as there was dust, cobwebs and spiders everywhere! I had to remove a load from the shower and didn’t bother attempting a bath. This spoilt the stay as it’s a really nice place otherwise.

Fantastic space, modern decor. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of parking. Extremely quiet location.

I haven’t stayed somewhere that doesn’t supply towels before! There is a Dunelm thankfully on that side of Lincoln. The property is down a long single lane and could be a problem in bad weather. (It snowed while I was there but I was able to get back to the main road.)

We had a lovely time it’s very peaceful exactly what we wanted.The host’s were very accommodating nothing was too much trouble.We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to go back.
