De locatie van het hotel is fantastisch. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. We hebben hier een goed verblijf gehad. Personeel is aardig en hebben goede service. Lekker zwembad erbij en ze serveren een goed ontbijt. Een aanrader!

De badkamer is wat verouderd.

La zona común de la piscina no invitaba demasiado a bañarse. Mi habitación no tenía mucha luz y era pequeña.

everything about the place is so good. we had the best time. The facilities were good. the owner even offered us breakfast after the time cause we slept in. will surely recommend this for everyone if they ever visit mirissa.

Pool clean. Breakfast was nice although eggs too runny and undercooked for my liking. Good location opposite famous roti restaurant. Reasonable for the price depending on which room you get.....

The quality of the rooms is variable. The room we booked had apparently been given to someone else so was given a upgrade as I refused the first room they tried to put us in as this was dreadful. This appears to happen a lot, going by other reviews and could easily be avoided by management being more specific and robust in descriptions, listing the facilities and the pictures of the rooms on booking..com The one we did end up in however was very nice. tiled with small fridge. Couldn't use the wardrobe though as this had extensive woodworm infestation. We had no housekeeping at all in the 6 days that we were there. no change of towels or bins emptied etc...

the accommodation does not look as the pictures at all. it’s hard to communicate because they don’t speak English and the pool is dirty… I don’t recommend this place even though it’s quite cheap.

! ! STAY AWAY ! The owner is a manipulative, dishonest, agressive, liar :( This has been the worse place I've stayed in ! It is a SCAM ! You don't get the room you payed for. Some rooms look like prison-cells. Once you've payed cash and leave, the owner cancels himself the booking, so you get charged a second time for a no-showing up ! Very BAD VIBES :(

:( Worst place, stay away ! A lot of what is announced is NOT true: they put you in different rooms than what you payed for; also no Visa, no Mastercard, no yoga, no wellness, no tea-kettle, hairdryer broken, toilet leaking, barely hot water. BAD VALUE FOR MONEY !!!! :((

amazing stay! the owners were so helpful and lovely. the pool was sparkling clean every day and very good location, across the street from the best kottu restaurant in mirissa.

Loved the staff. We were welcomed by a wonderful complimentary breakfast. We were further surprised by a room upgrade for no added price! The facilities were great, especially the pool!

the pool was not ready to have a swim in when we got it. the breakfast is 3/10. manager was nice at reception day and his helper was nice as well.

hair dryer was broken. 1 soap for the whole bathroom. bed sheets were tore. mattresses awful. dresser was broken. very noisy and loud in the morning making breakfast for the guests.

We didn't eat breakfast since we booked a whale watching tour that left early. The tour was excellently run with a boat that matched the photo.

The beds are typical hotel beds in Sri Lanka - slightly on the hard side. Also, I would call a day before to confirm your booking. I saw a few clashes with bookings and the wrong room. I was upgraded for free I believe because my room was already occupied. It's definitely worth booking!!!

Excellent staff and good value for money

Nice pool, away from the main road and the room was cool and shady. The breakfast was lovely. There was a mini fridge in the room, which was a bonus! There is a good range of reasonably priced and tasty restaurants nearby.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and creaked everytime you turned over!
