We provide two stylish Retro RV’s with all the comforts you need to enjoy San Diego’s campgrounds. Please take a look at our pictures that provide what is provided. High Recommendations: We highly recommend reserving a campsite with full hookups including water, electricity, and sewage. This helps you enjoy everything the RV has to offer especially during the summer when AC is needed. We no longer provide generators for our RV's, very sorry! Bring your own food & drinks. Unlike a house we can not leave any sort of food or liquid in the RV during its time in storage. Please be understanding in bringing all you need to cook/eat and take everything when you leave. Do not expect any condiments being provided since they can go bad when RV is stored. Entertainment: Please be understanding that RV is similar to a vehicle, it is not connected to cable or WIFI. We only provide TV with “Screen Cast” / “Mirroring” options from phone. Some locations may receive certain channels but we can not guarantee you will have TV entertainment as you would at a home/hotel. If you are a family of two adults and two kids this RV is perfect. The slide out opens up the area to enjoy dinning and cooking, games with family and enjoying views of your camping area. Fully equipped with AC, heater, hot shower including an indoor & outdoor shower area, oven and stove top, microwave, and fridge. Lots of storage space for luggage and backpacks, I keep it as empty as possible so nothing gets in your way. Whats included (due to cleanliness I only provide items you ask for, please add items when reserving): -Kitchen Equipment for 4(Keurig Coffee maker, toaster, sauce pan, small pot, baking cups, plates, bowls, cups, cutting board, cutting knives, salt & pepper ect.) -FREE -Linen, Bedding for Queen & Twin (flat sheet, fitted sheet, blanket, quilt, pillows w/ case) + 4 towels -FREE -Propane tanks (2), Sewage & Electrical Connections, Hitch if need. -FREE Please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding your trip on things you may need or places you wish to go, I'm confident in sending you prepared and excited for your trip. I will give you a tour so you will be well knowledgeable to set up your camping area with the Retro RV. When sending us your inquiry please include the your planned location and any information about your trip that you feel would be important to confirm our RV is exactly what you’re looking for and needed for your adventure. Keep in mind I do my best to be as flexible as possible and it's best to communicate with us your needs concerning pick up/drop off, thank you in advance. **PET DAMAGE including SCRATCHES or CHEWED area will forfeit you FULL SECURITY DEPOSIT. We understand you may want your pet to join the trip, please keep them away from lounging on bed/seating area. Animals are not to be left unsupervised. **SMOKING ODOR inside RV will forfeit FULL SECURITY DEPOSIT. This may also include campfire smell if excessive smell was not managed and kept from going inside RV. Smells of smoke (Tobacco, Marijuana, Campfire) can not be easily cleaned out and ruins experience for future guest. **CLEANLINESS** we will take care of cleaning the entire RV top to bottom. But please be respectful of my RV. Returning RV with stains, drinks spilled, drinks splattered on wall/ceiling, excessive dirt on seating/sleeping area, will charge $100 DEEP CLEANING FEE. Wipes and broom are provided, please clean up heavy messes left by your friends/family.
