Lovely place, lovely hosts. Eduardo and Nathalie are really friendly and helpful. The cabaña was very nice, clean. The whole place is beautiful, in a quiet environment a little bit outside of Otavalo but not too far. The kids loved the homemade Zipline! And we even got to hear our hosts sing beautiful songs from different countries of Latin America on Saturday night. Breakfast with fresh fruit juice and delicious hot cocoa.

There was an issue with the boiler and we couldn't get hot water. The hosts tried their best to fix it, tough.

Lovely place to stay, very calm, peaceful and secure. The compound is secure, plenty of room and locked at night. Breakfast was lovely and the lady cooking also. Host was very knowledgeable about walking in the area and pointed to some nice places for us to visit. Rooms are clean with fire places too! Kitchen was available but you need to request it to be kept open. 2 Lovely dogs onsite too.

Showers need work, we had cold showers for couple of days. Wi-Fi needs more extensions as the room only just had it. Not the fault of the place, but no good food places near, we rode into town to get food.

The property is in a tranquil, beautiful, country like setting with abundant flowers and gardens. It is a 10- minute walk from Iluman and a 20 minute bus ride from Otavalo. The rooms are charming, with fireplaces and face a farm, natural area view.

Because the food choices are few in Iluman, I found myself returning by bus often to Otavalo since I diid not have a car Too, by taxi, a charming mountain town: Cotacachi, is less than 15 minutes away.
