Amazing little hostel, with a prime location to reach everything easily. Rooms were comfortable and despite being a bit smaller there was enough storage for bags and suitcases so that you still could easily move around. Kitchen is nicely equipped and the breakfast super nice with toasts, avocado, cream cheese, fruits and coffee tea (even soy milk available) which all of which you can even get a little more of if you'd like. All the staff is doing an amazing job of making you feel welcomed, at home and part of their little family, made it hard to leave the place. Thanks a lot for an amazing stay to everyone ❤️ will come back!

very good location and breakfast was ok

- extra fees for everything (extra fee for luggage storage, wifi, bathroom after 1pm) - lot of mold in the dorms (directly next to the pillow) - too expensive

location was fab. breakfast was lovely addition, simple but yummy and free. Rooms are basic but you had a curtain in your bunk which created some privacy. staff were lovely. they have small safety boxes for your valuables.

The bathroom was my only real issue. it was tiny, toilets didn’t flush. It just didn’t feel clean. But maybe just cause it was in constant use by a lot of people. No place to put things in the shower. No space to turn or move. But that’s just a personal view , other guests where fine with it. the property has access to a roof top area which they could make more off it was a good space. Add some lighting a mural and some better seating. assuming that allowed. No large lockers for your bags.

The location was great. Bed was comfortable, private room was nice. Locker available.

The bathroom need urgent maintenance. Cold bath and not pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay Itze Hostel. The place is well located and close to the beach and restaurants. The place has also one of the best breakfasts (eggs, avocado, cream cheese, coffee, tea, and toast) I had in a hostel. The girls in the room I stayed in were also friendly and respects quiet time. On the day of leaving, I was so in a hurry to catch the ferry so that I can make it to the airport for my flight that I forgot to check out and return the keys and I'm so sorry for that. I probably also forgot my padlock (for my bag) in the hostel room.

I agree with one of the comments saying that the breakfast is late (8:30 am).

The air conditioning and ceiling fan worked really well. The proximity to the main streets and beach was excellent, we couldn’t have been much closer! The free breakfast was a nice touch and the staff were great.

The bathrooms were cleaned a couple of times during the day, but still could be cleaner. However, it I think it’s down to the decor. New tiles, paint and a few improvements could make a lot of difference. The toilet cubicles are quite small, and toilet paper can’t be flushed (as is the same across the island due to the drainage system), but it could really be improved by a covered bin so you don’t actually see the paper - I think this is essential. However, it was fine for the time we were there.

The bathroom is not cleaned every day, the water is with low pressure and the breakfast is poor. Same value paid in Mexico for other accommodations, but more facilities received.

Great location. Reasonable price. Helpful staff. But, staff needs more knowledge about local activities. Good ac at night.

Great location, super nice staff, breakfast was great.

The room was comfortable. I liked that there was a fan plus AC. They provided a sheet and a heavier blanket just in case. Towels could be rented without an additional charge. The coffee at breakfast was excellent. The showers get very hot, which was a welcome change from the cold showers I'd had previously.

The lockers are located outside of the room and were small. The bathrooms are fairly tiny, so hard to utilize when they are full. The doors do not automatic lock behind you, you kust lock them from inside before you close the door (but I did still feel my things were safe regardless)
