A very nice villa close to a few bars restaurants and a shop. A nice sized swimming pool and plenty of space for us all. Only downsides were that nobody came to change the bedding or clean the pool in the 10 days that we were here and we never had any contact with anyone after we arrived. If you do decide to stay here I recommend the Upper Deck bar down by the marina.

As the previous review states, the kitchen utilities are inadequate - we only had 3 people staying and it wasn’t good enough. Use the iron and ironing board at your own risk. The towels are too small, the shower door keeps coming off the hinges. The bedsheets and covers have seen better days. The outside resembles something like a prison outside space. The pool filter doesn’t come on until 3pm so all the debris (mainly paint flakes) put you off going in, although due to the lack of heat you couldn’t venture in anyway! Richard told us the pool was heated when I complained, but having spent each afternoon at our friends heated pool, we know the difference! There was no welcome package, not even a bottle of water to get you started - let’s hope you don’t arrive at night. In summary, this villa needs a lot of love and attention. I have never rented a villa that I didn’t want to go back to until this one… very poor show after being unable to travel for the last 2 years.

The pool area was dirty. The pool pump failed twice during our stay. We paid extra for a heated pool, totally inadequate. Only 1 set of keys for the property were initially provided. The TV as only one English Channel (sky news). We enjoyed the sunshine and made the best of it, will never return. When we arrived home we researched further and found many similar reviews to the one I have provided above. We appreciated we should have done more research but this was a last minute getaway to the sun. It is very sad that the owner and property managers have completely ignored these reviews and will likely ignore my honest review. I’m not looking for any refund, I just want to warn others not to waste their money.

We spend 8 nights in this lovely villa in very unusual times. The villa met all our expectations. The kitchen had all we need, there was plenty of space, a lovely pool, great place for BBQ and a stunning view over the mountains in the morning. The pool was cleaned while we were there, really good water quality. We also enjoyed being a bit separate from the crowd of puerto del carmen. We had a fabulous week. The villa was really clean and so close to the beautiful Puerto Calero . The taxi rank was even closer if you wanted to head into the busier Puerto Del Carmen. The kids and adults loved the pool. Highly recommend for space, cleanliness and convenience. Cheers, Joe!

Due to circumstances we did not have the opportunity to enjoy our honeymoon. Now that it is possible we decided to visit Spain and choose to be in Lanzarote.Our immediate family joined us to stay in Villa Ramos Dos for it accommodates our family perfectly. The house has such a practical layout, feels as home and has all the features a holiday rental should have. Although this time of the year it is chilly and rainy, we turned the villa into a warm, joyful and lovely space. Not to forget the heated pool and terrace when we could enjoy the sun. Now that we have experienced Lanzarote and this villa, we have decided to return somewhere during summer.

3rd stay at Ramos Dos and will definitely be returning in the future. Lovely well equipped and comfortable villa. Puerto Calero is great for a relaxing break away with plenty of choice in restaurants.

Absolutely loved our stay in villa Romas 2, we were a family of 8 with plenty off room...4 adults and 4 kids. Great location, great facilities. Ive honestly nothing bad to say about our experience staying there. In fact we will be booking again for next year.

The villa was lovely. The location states you dont need a car but the resort was very expensive so we had to get taxis to Puerto Del Carmen to eat out. (the buses were unreliable)

Super holiday, excellent location. Villa has been brilliant although a little tired in places. Pool super and great to have heating.

Good location

This was my first time staying in Villa Ramos Dos and it was fantastic. Agni were a pleasure to deal with and helped me with any queries I had. We travelled with a 3 month old baby and it just made the whole holiday a lot more easier. Everything we needed was in the villa which was very spacious and had everything you needed. It was like a home from home and I cannot wait to return. The private pool was also fantastic and the BBQ area so essentially even though theres a small group of people staying under the one roof; you were not on top of each other as the size of the villa alone meant people could do as they please!! Everything is as it states. The pictures are also the direct pictures of what the villa looks like both inside and out. No photoshopping or editing. What you see is what you get which I was extremely happy with! Thank you to Agni for all their help they were fantastic.

The perfect place for a relax Holiday. The Vila offered our family the flexibility to spend time together. The facility was amazing, nice pool and beautiful sea views and walking distance to eateries.

We had a terrific time and Puerto Calero is a perfect resort. Support from the Agni Travel Team on a couple of issue was much appreciated.

We had our daughters and their partners stay at Villa Ramos Dos whilst the rest of my family were in Villa Ramos Uno just 50 metres away and they absolutely loved it. The location is perfect less than a 2 minute walk to the harbour with its shops and restaurants. The villa is light and airy and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The pool and sun lounger area is excellent with sufficient space for games and entertainment. We loved our time there and will definitely use Agni Travel again.

Excellent location, swimming pool used every day by young people in our group. Barbecue (when cleaned) was a great area for family meals.

We had an amazing holiday at Villa Ramos II, it’s positioned In a place of stunning views. We were meant to be a family of 5 going but my son and his partner found out they were expecting a baby, so decided last minute not to come as it would be too near her due date. So it was just 3 of us, myself, husband and son. The villa is very spacious with lots of little areas to sit and read. The maid service was great as they came 2 times a week, so we were not disturbed and allowed to relax. I am disabled and usually struggle to sleep only holiday, due to uncomfortable beds, but i slept very well with minimal pain. The heated pool was excellent as i could swim everyday. We would certainly come back again but as our children are now leaving the nest, it is too big for just 3 of us. Agni travel were superb and kept in contact with us throughout our stay if we emailed.
