This was our second time staying here, and it's a place we would book again. The beds were comfortable and the couch was soft. They kitchen had everything we needed, from a bowl for popcorn, to measuring cups, and chip clips. The owners were responsive when we had a question. The patio was a great place to hang out - and we got to watch dolphins playing in the waterway from the dock.

We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub every single day. It was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of life!

Our family of four had such an amazing time staying here! We mostly hung out in the pool, hottub, lanai, and the dock, but the house was equally as relaxing. The home was clean and very spacious and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was so cute and very quiet. Our host was very responsive before and after check in. We didn't have any issues so we didn't have any contact during our stay. Everything was perfect! We don't have any complaints and we would stay in this beautiful home again!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first VRBO! My Hubby and son loved the fishing, while we all enjoyed the pool! The house was perfect and the owners extremely responsive to our questions while staying there. It was perfectly AHmazing!

We had a wonderful time. Location is nice. Love the decor. Kitchen is fantastic and functional. Took bike rides throughout the week, trips to the beach and enjoyed local eateries! Highly recommend to others looking for a functional, nice rental. The pool rocked as well. The kids got plenty of use out of the pool!

My family and I stayed here for 4th of July weekend and this has got to be one of the best homes we have stayed in!! It was very spacious, peaceful and great entertaining areas. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well as the tiki hut by the fishing area with the kids. This home was well stocked and very relaxing to us all. Would stay here again! Thank you

Our 16 & 11 year old loved fishing on the dock. Poles & tackle were already at the house. My 5 year old loved the pool. Lots of toys were also provided. My husband and I enjoyed the spa tub & layout of the house to relax while keeping an eye on the boys. The whole family was very comfortable & happy here.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was great for kids with lots of places to sit and play and in the deepest areas, parents could still stand. The house was beautiful, clean and well appointed! Plan to stay there again next year.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house and location very much. The kids loved the pool and spent time fishing right off the dock. It was a nice quiet neighborhood where the kids could ride bikes (from the house) and the scooters that we brought. Also a very short distance to beaches, restaurants, groceries, etc. we very much enjoyed our stay!

Everything was showed on website exactly how it was. Easy entering and leaving property. Didn't even have to bother owners since they set it up perfectly.

When we arrived all faces had smile. Everything we needed was already there. Would love to stay again

Our family had a great time at this beautiful home. The owners were wonderful and quick to respond regarding any issues/questions we had. Home was clean and had most everything we needed. Our teenager took full advantage of the bikes and we felt safe in the area letting him ride. Loved watching the owls next to the home and my husband enjoyed fishing in the canal. We all enjoyed the pool/hot tub! Would highly recommend for a family of 4-5 and would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

We loved this property. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was my husband and 5 kids that stayed here and we all enjoyed the outside area. The kids were even able to fish off the dock. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay . Host communication was great . House and amnesties were great . Only small thing to improve our visit was a better description of the light switches and what they worked . A lot of time to figure out all the ceiling fans . Some of the bath towels were fraying and probably should be replaced . All the extras for the beach were fabulous . We emailed ahead and asked a few specifics . It would have been great to have all the extras listed in listing . We would definitely stay again !

We loved this property! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was such a treat to relax in both. We loved that this house was on the canal, our son is avid fisherman and enjoyed fishing off the canal deck. We appreciated how quiet the property was, it was an enjoyable stay all around (we just wish we could have stayed longer!).

My husband and I stayed here for the month of February. It’s a lovely house situated at the end of a cul de sac. There’s a long dock along the canal with a cute little area to sit with a little tiki table, a spot to relax on lounges overlooking the canal. There aren’t many boats but plenty of fish swimming by. We loved the huge granite counter where you could have meals for 4 or more. The location is literally minutes from every kind of restaurant and store imaginable. Glen, the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great time in Cape Coral!

We had a great time staying at the rental. It was nice and roomy, space for everyone. There were only a couple little problems. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn’t working and there seems to be a leak under the kitchen sink. There was a small container under there but it was too small and it overflowed. We cleaned it up and put a big bucket under the sink but thought we should let you know. My husband thought it might have something to do with the garbage disposal.

Overall it was a nice stay, house is convenient driving distance to ft myers and sanibel. The house is fully equipped in case you forgot anything or plan to cook an elaborate meal. They did have some questionable requests upon leaving. They want you to change and wash the bedding. I found this completely impossible to do the morning of a checkout by 11 am. We woke up at 8 am and I stripped the beds and washed sheets and remade beds in only 1 room, washed sheets in the second room and got them in the dryer and removed bedding on the third before I was fully pissed. We paid a cleaning fee… why am I cleaning? Did the people before me clean properly? Did the comforters get washed? To many questions…

Had a couple issues, quickly addressed by Glenn. Great host, great stay.

We could never get WIFI to work, smart TV its for everyone. We could never get 1 channel to work except Slacker radio, single bed was like sleeping on bowstring, hot and pool was broke day #2, pool guy came to clean pool and broke the pool and hitting. Only reason we rented this VBRO was the pool and hot tub. Property owners did reply to messages we sent while there, but just think the pool could have gotten fixed and the TV and WIFI was a nightmare.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It had everything we needed. My only "complaints" (if you even want to call them that) are that the hot tub doesn't get hot enough (100 degrees is not hot enough for our liking) and there were a lot if spiders in the lanai. To be honest, if lanais were common in MN I'm sure they'd have just as many spiders if not more. We were still able to enjoy the pool though. Our boys were bummed that they only caught 1 fish off the dock, but we found out from the neighbor that it was low tide so that's likely why. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Owner was quick to respond and house was nice. Upon our arrival there were no trash bags, inconvenient but not a huge deal as we were visiting family and grabbed some from them until we could get to the store. I wanted to let the owner know about that and a couple other items. Very quick response and even though I told them it was not an issue as I would purchase just wanted them to be aware, they still had some sent within a day. There were a few items, closet door in the master was broken and an infestation of spiders on the lanai. Extremely disappointed in regards to the spiders, it made it difficult to want to be out on the lanai. The pool and spa were really nice but the spiders kept getting worse. The dock with the tiki hut was not usable as the boards were broken and rotting. We were not aware until almost falling through as it was dark when we arrived. I had read comments regarding the property beforehand and one had mentioned the requirement of changing linens prior to departure and the owner mentioned it was not supposed to be listed in the notes on the property, it was still listed when I arrived. Paying a cleaning fee I thought, as with the other comment I read, should include that especially since most people depart early and makes it very difficult. The owner was accommodating and said it wasn’t necessary but I did not like having to bring it up, we still stripped the bed since and started laundry since it was listed but would have been nice to not have so much to worry about at 4am. Overall though it was a very nice home, kitchen seemed to be well stocked (we didn’t make any meals but seemed to have everything you could want/need), and the communication was quick in response to the issues. If I wouldn’t have to worry about the spiders again I would likely rent again.

The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our son had so much fun fishing in the canal every day with the fishing g poles that were provided! The house had a lot of space and pool and hot tub were nice for the family!

This was a great property very nice,clean,and spacious.There were 5 of us and we had a wonderful time. The pool and the jacuzzi was sooo relaxing.I would definitely consider staying here again.

We arrived at 8pm in a 95° outside temp to find that the AC wasn't working. Contacted owner who couldn't do anything that night. He couldn't raise his property manager either. In all fairness he was on top of the problem first thing the following morning but we spent a very, very uncomfortable night. We should have left and checked in to a hotel but after a long 2 days of travel that seemed to be too much effort. AC was repaired the following mid afternoon. It took hours to bring the house back to a comfortable temp.Physical appearance of the property was shameful. The owner was informed that it hadn't been taken care of for a month but the over growth was much more than just one month's worth. I know Cape Coral and am amazed that neighbors and city didn't complain. Mowing and shrub clearing was done on the day before we left which meant we listened to lawn equipment and chainsaws all day long. Not the peaceful quiet time we had expected.The owner needs to find another property manager as the current one is obviously not checking up on things. Additionally garbage can was over flowing at the curb and we killed two palmetto bugs inside. Property inspection definitely needs to improve. It a beautiful home and the pool and lanai a pleasant place to hang out. This experience will make me think twice before renting anywhere unseen again.
