Very good location and very helpful staff!

Rooms are a little bit small but that wasn’t an issue for us, we just needed a clean place to sleep!

L'hôtel est assez central. Nous étions 3 amies et avions chacune un lit individuel avec une bonne qualité de matelas. La chambre était un peu petite pour loger les 3 lits, mais cela n'a pas été très gênant. Nous étions à l'hôtel que pour dormir. hôtel sympathique, belle décoration. Le personnel très gentil et prévenant.

La localización no está mal. Hay algunos supermercados y comercios cerca. Te dejan dejar las maletas.

La habitación era muy pequeña y el baño era muy agobiante, no tenía ni puerta de verdad, solo una plegable. Para ir 3 personas, no es lo ideal. Además había obras justo arriba, parecía que se nos iba a caer el techo. Desde las 9 de la mañana haciendo ruido, y por la tarde igual. Así que cero descanso. El alojamiento no nos proporcionó ninguna solución, lo cual es bastante decepcionante. Ir de vacaciones para no poder descansar... Por último, llamamos antes de ir al alojamiento por si nos podían dejar entrar antes de la hora de check in en caso de q la habitación estuviera lista, teníamos que estar en otro sitio más o menos para la hora del check in.Nos dijeron que sí, pero cuando llegamos, el chico de la recepción nos dijo que no era una opción y tampoco nos dio la alternativa de llamarnos cuando quedara libre. Llegamos 1h antes del check in y ya podíamos entrar. En general, un servicio que deja bastante que desear.

Os funcionários foram simpáticos, atenciosos e cordiais. E a localização muito boa, perto dos principais meios de transporte, e numa área bem servida de restaurantes, cafés e supermercados, e a poucos minutos da área que margeia o Tejo, inclusive a pé.

De fato, o valor pago pelas duas noites foi barato se comparado com outras acomodações na região. Mas, apesar das toalhas sempre limpas, a roupa de cama ficou a desejar: toda a roupa de cama estava suja e suada. Os colchões já estão deformados pelo uso, e os travesseiros não tem qualquer proteção, o que os deixam com cheiro ruim. Apesar da casa de banho estar limpa, o sistema de ventilação é insuficiente para impedir o mau cheiro aquando das descargas. E as paredes, com muita humidade e bolor.

The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. It was a little hot though and no fan or aircon. The side road is also quite loud especially at night as cars and busses go by. Overall though for a couple nights, considering the location I would reccommend.

Friendly staff, good location, really het value for your money

The location is good, there are a couple of bus and metro stations right around the corner which will take you to the city centre / central stations, plus there is a big supermarket and McDonald’s close by. The reception works 24/7 so that is very convenient, everybody there speaks English and are exceptionally nice and forthcoming, all of our requests were accommodated (they gave us shower caps, allowed us to use the coffee / tea machine even though we didn’t pay for breakfast etc). The room itself was small but had everything we needed and more (a TV), it was clean - as well as the ensuite bathroom.

The only thing we were not very happy about was the bathroom + toilet door to the main sleeping room… it’s on a side sliding mechanism and when closed leaves a considerable gap between itself and the nearby wall, so everyone is aware of what happens in the bathroom. Oh and our windows led onto the street so when we had them open at night we would hear the street noise.

Staff were good. Good location for metro.

Noisy road so had to keep windows shut but no air con. Not too bad in May but Aug? Layout of room is terrible.

Cleanliness none. For 4 days, no one came in to clean the room, throw out the garbage, we are not talking about making the beds at all. The accordion bathroom door didn't work at all - it could only be opened half way. A noisy group of Italians settled in on the second day, shouting, stomping, no one noticed them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great location, stuff's behavior was very kind and helpful. Taxi and public transportation was easy to use.

The air conditioning did not work so the room was really too hot since I couldnt leave the window open as it was big enough for soneone to walk through. Overall I enjoyed ny stay but not sure I would book there again if the air conditioning was not repaired

Dirty towels and sheets. Holes in the bed linen. No place to put your clothes. Dirty walls. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. Dust on the furniture and dirty floor.

It was an ok stay. Came in late and left in the morning. Very basic but clean.

Staff were very polite all during our stay all went very smoothly, I was impressed how quite the place was, very impressed first time there and would recommend.

We needed to stay one night to catch our flight next day in the morning. Location was quite good as we used a bus to get to Lisbon Airport. The facility was clean enough and staff were kind. It is a high rate of price performance.
