We ask that you treat it with the respect and love we do! Please monitor young children to ensure safety and ensure they do not write/mark or color on furniture. Return it in the same condition it was picked up in, clean up after yourselves and treat it as if it was your own! We will leave many of the items in the RV for you use if you would like them, this will make your life a bit easier. No Burning Man/Stagecoach/Coachella rentals. RV is not to leave the country (NO Mexico or Canada). No Towing. Renter will be responsible for any damage not covered by purchased insurance or personal insurance to this RV and others property regardless of fault, Smoking and Pets not allowed. DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF NOT ADHEARED TO, ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY! Pickup/return times during week are between 12-3pm. We can be a bit more flexible on weekends. Please plan accordingly.
