Location, cleanliness, nice staff

Temperature of room. Hard to keep cool. Warm air coming through vent by room entry Also no ventilation in bathroom.

Close to the beach, tiki hit at pool. Staff was nice. There was a good amount of parking.

Hallway on our floor had grapes on the ground for several days. Very expensive for snacks and drinks. Rooms are very small.

They have thought of everything great place.

We was locked out of our room for 20 mins due to the key card would not work. After going to the front desk and getting new key cards just to find out those didn't work either. I headed back to the front desk to inform the receptionist that the new key cards didn't work either, she then called for maintenance to come check the door. After waiting on maintenance for 10 mins he came to the conclusion that the key card lock needed new battery. Now we sit and wait another 10 mins for him to go down stairs to find batteries. But other than that everything else was amazing..

the location was excellent, on the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants.

the first room air conditioner was not working properly, had maintenance come and check it out who said it’s working properly. After an hour maintenance came back by to recheck it and I had realized it still wasn’t working properly and switched rooms. The second room had a blood stain on the white comforter, was at the foot of the bed but still gross.

View was ok, we were on first floor right on pool deck so we heard people early and music in the after noon. It was easy access to get in and out. I ordered a chicken caesar salad at the pool after we came up from the beach and it was delicious

The gym was terrible and extremely hot and we were looking forward to getting our workouts in so that was very disappointing. Being right on the pool deck was noisy in the morning.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Guests were friendly. Property is cute.

Parking is very tight close to the hotel. Does have availability across the street. Breakfast is expensive, and although many selections are offered, the taste was mediocre. Costs $22. Also, was not able to view the ocean from the outside patio due to the thick grass blocking the view. That was not really clear in the photos. There were no Oceanfront rooms left. If you go, be sure to book an Oceanfront room, if you like to sit and watch the waves from your hotel.

The service was awesome! Everyone was super accommodating and the view was amazing! Very happy with my stay. My plans changed and they accommodated my change with ease! Will stay again!

Nothing it was perfect.

After leaving Panama because of our skin color 5 hours later we end up here....The location was perfect right on the beach; farther away from all the bars ,but close enough to not get a DUI. The staff was excellent .They made us feel welcomed and belonged. The Jacksonville beach area is a nice area and experience.No dixie flags in site.

One woman serving breakfast was not customer friendly I complained Everyone else was very friendly

Great size of room and the beds were very comfy. We loved having cocktails by the pool and walking on the beach!

Parking was a bit tricky.
