This property is beyond what the pics on the website captured! Rooms are comfy and well appointed! Getting to the beach with alot of stuff was easy with the wagon — we bought an inexpensive cooler for drinks and snacks. The beach service with 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs is a must have for spending hours there. The entire family enjoyed the swimming pool, ping pong table, especially in the evening with all the lights at the pergolas. And the neighborhood was so much fun!! Destin brings back years of memories for me and it just keeps growing with outdoor activities for families. September is my favorite vacay time …. plenty of ppl, but not overcrowded. The sand and gulf were outstanding!

This property was fantastic!! The views were gorgeous. There were 12 of us, all adults and the house was roomy and in a great location. Just walk across the street and you are on the white sand!! Everyone had their own bed, actually for us we all had our own bedroom, that included the cabana house. Everything was clean and fresh and ready when we got there. The kitchen had 3 refrigerators, which was fantastic. The living room had 3 couches with 4 built in recliners. (super comfy) The back yard was perfect with plenty of seating and a fun pool to stay cool in the Florida heat. The property manager was in touch with us the entire time making sure that we were happy and comfortable. This made our trip even better!! I highly recommend this property, I know you will love it as much as we did!!

We loved the location and how big the house was plenty of room for everyone. , it met all our needs. The only down fall was the pool was cloudy when we got there and there was black stuff that looked like mold. The front porch has a dip in it, my husband about fell. Over all it was a nice place and would definitely recommend it and I have already Thank you again

Overall, this house is fantastic. So close to the beach. Furniture appeared new and had all the amenities you could want. Pool was nice. The one time the pool clearner didn't come, the manager immediately remedied it. I would visit again!

I booked this home one year in advance to celebrate my fathers 75th birthday. We had 8 adults ages 40-75 and children ages 6-13. The home was amazing and perfect and accommodating for multiple families. All the main rooms had a Queen or King beds with an en-suite providing much privacy for a multiple family vacation. Home provided three refrigerators which we used all three. We did have some issues with hot water a couple of the days and that was due to a breaker going out but the property management was responsive our entire stay and also helped with concerige services and provided recommendations for restaurants and activities when asked. The turnaround response time was generally within 1hour. The only negative was the pool table and other games outside by the pool. They were covered and had a lot of bird poop and were rusted and not in any capacity to use. It did not in any way ruin our trip but the owner should remove, clean up or replace. The location was right across from the beach and the beach was clean and one of the best beaches in the US I have ever seen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Nice location, really enjoyed the stay!!

We stayed the week of July 4th so of course Destin was crazy but the house was perfect for our needs. It is less than a block to the very small public beach area since the hotels block off most of the beach. We had to go set up our canopy at 5:30 am so we could get a spot in the front to see our kids. The house was clean and well stocked. My husband is a chef so we brought alot of our own kitchen stuff. The knives are very cheap and full. There is not enough kitchen towels for real cooking. The pool was awesome and all of the beds are so comfy. The living room furniture is comfy but out dated. There was a large leak over the front door that we notified the property manager about. They were so responsive everyone I contacted them. I highly recommend this property for a large family. My only complaint is that you can barely see the beach from the balconies because of the large hotels.

There were 14 of us, ages 11 and up. We had a wonderful time and everyone had a place to sleep. The carriage house was very nice and my two adult grandchildren loved the privacy. Freya and Michael were great about answering questions and helping out during the planing. Freya also texted me during the visit to ask if we needed anything. The proximity to the beach is terrific and the pool was great for those double red flag days. Thank you!

We loved it all

Although some of the furnishings were past their prime, this house provided our family with a fun place to gather. The location is great and the host’s nephew who was our local contact, was very responsive to the few issues we had.

Perfect location, the main level is wonderful for mealtimes and hanging out. The outdoor space was a favorite of us all, loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! The house has everything we needed. Beach service is a must!

We had a wonderful time with our family. The accommodations where just as expected. Our grandchildren had a great time in the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The wagon was awesome to get us to the beach. Lots of pool and sand toys.

Great property, great location, and awesome backyard. It worked out perfect for us. We go to Destin every October and we are definitely thinking of staying here again. Only issue we had was the silverware had been put away dirty, so we had to clean it before we could use it.

The location was perfect, beds were comfy and the backyard was so fun. The owner was great at checking in and the beach service was really nice!

Property was nice seems smaller then pics on line but was very nice and had plenty of room for all of us and then some. Really enjoy the pool in the back yard more then the beach. The beach smelled Awful and had green seaweed coming up in sure. We rented the chairs with the house but did not enjoy them scence we had to walk a block or two to get to them. But overall I loved it and would come back.

House was great with plenty of room for the entire family. Kids really enjoyed the pool and outside area definitely plenty to do. We had a mix up with the beach service that we booked and the owner took care of it right away and refunded our money on it. I would definitely recommend booking any of his properties, very easy to work with. Highly Recommend!!!

Michael was excellent at communicating from the week before and throughout our entire stay. Anything that we needed, they brought. I cannot stress this enough, this was an amazing property. We have stayed at a lot of places in Destin, but this was the best. A few days into the trip they even brought over a brand new basketball hoop that goes in the pool that had a backboard & pool basketball. We didn’t even ask for it and the kids had an absolute blast. The closet outside is filled with stuff to take to the beach including a beach wagon & 4 boogie boards (tons of other stuff). The beach was literally right across the street from the property. It took us less than five minutes to get there. All of the neighbors around us were really cool and it was just overall an awesome trip. Michael texted a few times throughout the week and made sure that we were having a great time. He said to make sure we reached out if we needed anything at all. We were all just so impressed. There were plenty of towels for everyone. There were 12 of us that stayed and there was plenty of room for even more. The pictures are exactly what it looked like too. I would give it more stars if I could! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. The beach house out back was absolutely amazing too! Two nice size bedrooms out there with a full size bathroom & a kitchen set up out there too. I just couldn’t believe it all!!

This property was a great spot for our family to meet and spend the week. The weather was awesome, so we spent most of the time at the beach or enjoying the pool in the backyard. Close walking distance to the beach. I highly recommend the beach service that Michael offered. Chairs and umbrellas are set up at same location every day from 9 to 5. It’s maybe a 5 minute walk to the chairs! We traveled with one toddler so the wagon at the house was perfect for taking beach toys and coolers. I highly recommend this property!

Lovely property in a great location. Comfortable beds, water/beach toys galore, and a clean home.

Overall a good experience. The house was as pictured . The only small down point is that even with AC the upstairs bedrooms were stuffy. However, we let the owner know when he asked on last night. Hopefully he will see if there’s anything to be done to improve air flow. Otherwise, can say anything bad about the entire week.

There were 16 of us that stayed at this house for a week and it was perfect for us. The pool and pool deck kept both the kids and adults entertained all week and we were close enough to the beach that we could walk each day. We would recommend this house to anybody with kids or just looking to have a relaxing vacation! We will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits to Destin
