Le personnel est sympa, accueillant et serviable et les chambres sont spacieuses

L'équipement est médiocre, le lit n'est pas très confortable. Les chambres sont froides et le chauffage manque énormément. Le wifi est très faible, apparemment c'est un piratage de celui des voisins. La cuisine est non équipée (plats, couteau, fourchette,...) L'eau n'est pas assez chaude et l'isolation thermique des fenêtres n'est pas au rdv. Le balcon n'est qu'une théorie vue qu'il est inaccessible.

The apartment has a good potential - it is big and located in a short drive from the medina. The host was helpful and the communication with her was quick. The WIFI worked well.

This apartment needs more love and care. Some of the facilities are missing, others need upgrade. Although the apartment was cleaned before we arrived, the kitchen would benefit from a deep cleaning. The description of the apartment states that among others, it contains: Balcony • Terrace • Garden view • Washing machine. There is indeed a small balcony, but there is no terrace. Garden view is a view on the parking with a small public green zone behind, which was completely yellow in April. There was no washing machine, and even no soap... When the facilities will be kept in good conditions, this apartment will worth significantly more.

Totally immersed in Arabic life, not touristic. It was in a great neighbourhood, Arabic community where people didn't speak much English, but everyone was friendly and helped us with our language.It was so cheap for a long stay and we had the place to ourselves. We could cook for ourselves and the kitchen was well equipped.

The bed was really hard and there wasn't enough bedding for us. Could do with new sheets, maybe some towels and kitchen towels. It said there was a washing machine but no, only a bowl to wash clothes.

Open lounge area and those items that are there, are of decent quality.

Quite alot of negatives unfortunately : No curtains on any windows. Street light outside main bedroom so quite bright on room all night. Electrical wires coming out of walls. Loose light switches. Not a single mirror in the whole place. Door to balcony rattles terribly with the slighest breeze, kitchen cupboards need a decent clean, communication with owner challenging.

The location of the apartment is nice. They have parking in front of the apartment.

On 18th June I booked this apartment using booking.com and I paid using my Visa card online. But when I reached the apartment the owner of the apartment did not allow me to stay without paying full money again I tried to call booking.com and sent few emails to them as well but I got auto-response for my emails and the phone didn't connect. As I didn't have any option so I had to pay him again full amount. The owner told me booking.com has not paid him for my booking so he needs the full amount before he can allow me to stay so I paid him 36 EUR for the night, from last 3 days I am following with booking.com for the refund. I faced a lot of embarrassment and wastage of time . Was not expecting this from booking.com very disappointed.
