Siempre que vamos la atencion en recpcion es muy buena, servicio de valet, desayuno la atencion y servcio excelentes, en el roof top buen restaurant.

Place to be so expensive is really "tired". Stay was ok but definitely not worth the hype..member privileges etc. Refrigerator didn’t close, windows dirty with smudges, mattress not comfortable, Lobby floors dirty, door handle leather torn, garbage pickup 3 times in one night..noises. Stay was ok just not worthy of a 4 star more like a mediocre motel. Will try another next time.

Incredible stay. Loved the amenities- the restaurants were top notch and the decor/atmosphere was perfect. Location is unbeatable.

The rooms were nice.

The pool was very small, the DJ at the pool too loud, room was under the loud DJ, they said my reservation was canceled then found it and blamed it on Booking.com. Told them there would be 3 in the room, it was stocked fir 1 person.

spent there two nights in two different rooms! first night great, second night the room was below average! completely dark and a horrible mattress!

Location and vibe are really super. We would stay there again, hopefully longer. On site and nearby restaurant options are all very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

$50.00 a night parking. Did not expect that. Steamroom was not fuctioning. The price + all the additions + that parking fee increased the price by a 1/3 - so make sure that's ok with you.
