Everything is great and the bar tenders and valet are very nice and wonderful, but the food is horrible and need to be reworked- other worse everything is great -

Fun, trendy hotel. Amenities were good and had an overall nice stay. The window in the room looked out onto a parking lot next door and dumpsters below which was unpleasant when opening the blinds. There was only a blackout shade and no privacy screen if the blind was up. The room was small but comfortable. Also no mini fridge which would have been preferred but may be available at additional costs if requested.

Rooms are too small and in the very early hours of the morning both days an annoying drip or tick sound came from around the smoke detector. Elevators worked off and on all weekend. We had to carry our very heavy bags down 6 flights of steps the morning we left. Patio areas were taped off so the only place to sit was in the hot indoor lobby. We paid a lot of money for a pretty crummy experience.

Building was nice looking, the bar or the “heart”as they call it was closed and the room was very small and didn’t feel the cleanest, pretty much had to rely on the surrounding area for everything.

We have stayed here twice, 2 years apart. Both times in July and both times initially received rooms with a/c not working. Staff was very accommodating and moved us to a new room.

Def a Millennial/GenZ vibe. Rooms are minimalist. I did appreciate the cotton blanket instead of fluffy (hot!) duvet that most hotels use nowadays. For the price, Id stay elsewhere next time. It might work for you-wasnt my style. I stayed here on recommendation for walkability and proximity to meeting venue. Very nice location with many shopping and dining options.
