Code to the door to the beach seemed necessary and the code changed and we were not told. The pool door was not operational and the sign told us to use the front entrance but the sign there said employees only. This created confusion and frustration. Then we were told not to go through the game room to get to the pool. The main door was broken so that left me with no choice.

The location was amazing! Right on the beach, amazing views. Building was quiet-as advertised- there were no parties even though it was spring break!

Cooking equipment needs replacement/refurbishment. It's an odd collection of bits and pieces that make it hard to cook anything.

There was nothing not to like!

We liked that it was beach front property but it didn't turn out that way. They were dredging the ocean 24/7 for our entire stay. It was extremely loud and we didn't have beach access. We had to go to the public beach. Very upsetting.

It was the worst vacation experience we have ever had. We didn't have a beach to go to because they were dredging the ocean for our entire stay and there were many items broken in our condo. We have sent many complaints and talked to a supervisor but no satisfaction.

The apartment was very clean. . The balcony is spacious. It was my favorite place there, sitting there, you enjoy seeing the sea and listening to its beautiful melody. The inhabitants of the building are super friendly people. In the kitchen you have everything you need to cook, you don't need to bring anything. The place is safe with keys to access the pool and the beach, which gives you confidence to be there.

It has nothing to do with the property, but during my stay, the sea was full of jellyfish, so we couldn't enjoy bathing, nor could the children.

Parking needs to be updated our condo room was suppose to have a reserved number shot and it did not even have a spot with the condo number so we parked in one that was blank but one needs to be numbered so people know where to park better. Pool and hot tub did not have any lights on after dark and there was a lot of kids out there we did not feel like that was safe if something happened could not see in pool or hot tub.

Towels a little rough, and parking was a bit confusing with the labeled spots vs blank spots. It seemed as though you park in a spot labeled with your condo number but it’s the opposite, you park in an unlabeled spot.
