Het hotel is erg mooi gerestaureerd, oude details behouden. Medewerkers receptie uitermate vriendelijk. Goed ontbijt. Dames housekeeping ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Het hotel heeft slechts één restaurant, dat behoorlijk aan de prijs is. Medewerkers op dat moment niet uitermate vriendelijk. Tijdens ontbijt medewerkers wel vriendelijk. Tijdens ontbijt mogelijkheid om een vers bereid ei te bestellen, hier word je niet op geattendeerd, dus wij hadden het ontbijt min of meer genuttigd en zagen toen pas de kaart op tafel staan.

The spa facilities were closed for most of our stay; the bathroom design & facilities were a little dated; the food in the restaurant was very good but a little overpriced compared with other outside restaurants of similar standard; more could be made of the outside garden area

Everything was excellent. Staff amazing, always helpful. Breakfast wonderful, rooms fabulous, cleanliness and comfort absolutely top class.

Excellent location only short walk to cathedral ,bullring , places of interest in old town and near the park for walking . Room was very clean with comfortable bed and staff very helpful and friendly -breakfast was excellent with many choices between cooked , continental ,fresh fruit etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent city location, short walk to the Cathedral, main square and most of the city sights. Fabulous restaurant and staff were friendly and very helpful. Would certainly return.

we were right near the service lift and it was used throughout the night.

It was like 2 stars or 3 stars hotel but no 5 stars absolutely. I would never say and never recommend to anybody this hotel.

Bed was uncomfortable. Meal was very poor. Room was so small with my payment. Lobby was very small.

limited sun in courtyard due to sails - can see why needed in Summer but shame to be sitting in shade at this time of year nice freestanding bath but only bath foam/shower gel in separate room in shower fixed to the wall
