This location was very well kept. There was a place for everyone and the location felt very private even though it was less than 5 minutes from the pigeon forge parkway.

It was very clear that we needed to leave on time for check out as cleaners had to be there to clean for next guest. Upon arrival there was someone fixing the hot tub stating that he wanted to get ahead of the game as the last two renter's didn’t have use of the hot tub. The hot tub wasnt my concern it just added to the list. We sit down at the table and it was so dirty that the table runner actually stuck to the table. The floors were so dirty to the point of having to wear shoes the whole week in the cabin. As I head to bed I pull back the covers and there was hair on the pillows. There was limited silverware for a cabin that sleeps twelve. This was my first experience renting a cabin in Pigeon Forge. Not sure if I will again.

My family had a nice time at this property. It had ample bathrooms and sleeping quarters. Only issue was that the shared living room was a bit small and couldn't accommodate the entire family. There also was a shortage of counter space in the kitchen. Otherwise, we had a nice time.

There were several housekeeping issues that we addressed immediately. Mark and Ben were very responsive and got Jason out to fix them (he was great)! Disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The cleaning team needs to be replaced as they clearly do the absolute minimum. It was a quiet area and within minutes of several tourist attractions.

Really great location near Pigeon Forge, but out of town enough to feel a bit remote. The hot tub wasn't running right when we got there, but when I messaged about it, a repair person was out from the property management company within 10 minutes. Super responsive to any issues and great property for a family vacation!

Very nice cabin. We had a nice weekend. We had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of dust on table and grill on the deck but overall the cabin was nice and clean.

Came with the grandkids and all the other grandparents. Overall was a great stay. Will say if your upstairs and someone downstairs turns the heat on the room beside the kitchen will get hot.

Property was nice and clean. We did not get to check in on time because cleaning crew was not done at time of check in. Also the water was left running in the hot tub by the cleaning crew. We did enjoy the stay.

The house is in a great location and close to all attractions. We had plenty of room to spread out for our group of 10. Ben was great to work with and fixed the couple of minor issues we had promptly. Would high recommend this property.

The owner’s representative Mark was very attentive. I appreciated his help. I do think the house is in need of a good cleaning. Especially the carpet. The house has a nice floor plan and we had plenty of room for our family. Plus it is centrally located to Dollywood, The smoky Mountains and area attractions

Great location! Easy check in process. Good communication with property management. If I had to leave a negative comment it would be, the carpet was pretty dirty in our cabin. The rest of the house was clean but the carpet needs deep cleaning. Had a great time overall. Would stay again.

Location, location, location! You feel like you're way out in the woods but you're only about a mile from the main drag. The cabin was just the right size for the 7 of us that stayed. The owner is super nice and was quick to solve any issues we had, one being a clogged bathroom sink. A maintenance technician was there in about an hour to fix it. I definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our trip so very much! The cabin is exactly as described. We have large family and had our four grown children and their families with us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is very convenient to the strip and all the attractions. Ben was easy to reach and communicate with before, during, and after our stay. We look forward to our next visit to Pigeon Forge and will definitely book this cabin again if it's available.

We had a great stay! Love the location literally 4 mins from the strip in pigeon forge. Ben answered all or any questions in a timely fashion. The cabin was clean for the most part so believe the lighting on the decks could be better. Overall nice cabin with awesome parking for multiple cars.

Property was excellent and exactly as described. Proximity to everything made it very easy to enjoy the many local attractions. We will be visiting again and staying at the same place soon!

The cabin is clean & comfortable. The cabin had plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. The multiple decks made sitting outside very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet. We will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay!! The kids loved the pool table and the large dinner table was great for family dinners and game playing. Great location as it was just a few minutes to attractions in Pigeon Forge.

We had a group of 14 passing through overnight and this property worked great! Wonderful area in the house for kids to play and sleeping accommodations worked well! Would stop here again, thanks for letting us stay.

Nice property with plenty of space and large king size beds. Each room with bathroom was a great plus.

Cabin was clean and in a great location. Ben is excellent and reponds right away. Would recommend staying here!

The good: location, large roomy cabin, host is very responsive Great location right off parkway. Plenty of room for large families. Host was very responsive to messages. Not promt on getting cleaner or maintenance out though. The bad: the floors were not vacuumed and our 1 & 2 year old found prescription medication under the pool table(we had to call poison control along with the police department to come collect the pills), trash was not picked up daily as described (every morning we had to clean up after racoons), the washer also stopped working while we tried to wash laundry. The night the babies found the pills we had to stay up and watch them sleep checking on them every 30 minutes per poison control. Host was suppose to send cleaner out right away, took several hours and multiple messages to finally have cleaner arrive and demand the pills(police had already picked them up) before they even would vacuum the floors. The outside trash can was not animal proof. We had to clean up after raccoons every single morning. The washer stopped working and wouldn't drain so we have to hand wring out our clothes along with using coffee cups and a pan to drain the water. Also bring your own propane tank if you plan on grilling. Nice new grill but tank prices were ridiculous at Publix, Walmart and dollar general nearby.

This cabin was great for our girls weekend ( 7 of us). Location is very convenient. Plenty of privacy but also closer to restaurants and shopping than some of the other cabins we’ve stayed in. Plenty of parking! No having to park on a steep hills as with some others.
