Our stat was wonderful. The place is very clean. The staff is amazing. Lovely views, also the food was wonderful. We had a great stay. Nothing negative

We liked the outdoor facilities for entertainment like the ping pong table, futbol pitch, and basketball court. The very large tv in the room was great but the wifi signal was too weak. They could improve the wifi signal and it would be great!
There was no mini fridge in the room. The staff was really really dry and not welcoming at all.

The staff doesn't speak English. The rooms are so close to each other which makes them very noise transparent.

Nice settings and hotel was clean. Staff very attentive. There was no food available at our arrival time but the bars staff happily provided sandwiches for us.
The restaurant was closed that evening and the bar closed at 8pm. I would have expected a 4 star hotel to cater for thier guests needs instead of it being like a Bed & Breakfast. There was 1 staff member on at breakfast who could not keep up replenishing the food items.
We had a junior suite which was clean however the floor was damaged and a water stain on the ceiling. There had clearly been water leaking from the above apartment and the room was still slightly damp and had musky smell. Bathroom was very small. On our departure there was no reception staff at all.

Don’t trust the pictures and info on the web site. The pool is not connected to the hotel, it is open only 4 hours a day!, and was not cleaned. They have no equipment for fotball, basketball, volley ball or ping pong. They refuse to turn on the light on the evening… this is NOT a hotel for families! Puigcerda was a wonderful experience, but stay somewhere else..

It was well laid out and the rooms were very comfortable. Stunning views from the hotel overlooking a magnificent golf course. We ate at the Resturant and the food was absolutely delicious and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Location is great as well as the surroundings. Very fancy facilities and a big room, which includes an storage room to leave all your luggage and coats there.
We had an unpleasant experience at the snack bar due to the poor service. We were willing to try the restaurant and the wine bar but after this experience we did not want to risk it anymore.
Breakfast would be OK if it was included in the price of the room, but at 16 Euro per person/per night is a bit disappointing.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Quiet surroundings best for relaxation. Good food is a plus. Five star service. I would recommend 100%.

poor lighting in the room, lack of furniture and design details inside the room, missing a touch of cosiness. dusty blankets with no cover, dirty windows, poor everyday cleaning , especially the bathroom. missing soap and paper towels

This is clearly not a 4 stars hotel, room are very simple, you can't access the pool before 3pm, staff is not very welcoming , I would definitely not recommend this place .

We loved the nature, the surroundings and location. The facilities are great and rooms too!
They have a buffet breakfast, they would need to include or make sure people are aware that you can order hot plates. I would recommend introducing hot food onto the general breakfast table as it is a little poor.

Reception staff were REALLY nice. Always smiley and ready to help. They would regularly ask if everything was ok or if there was something they could do to improve our stay.
Location and hotel surroundings are great. Taken care of, clean and quiet. It also looks family friendly, for whoever might be interested. Great place to go regardless of coronavirus (there were hand sanitizers everywhere and everyone was wearing masks).
Cleaners would knock on the door and ask if you want the room done, even when you display the 'Do not disturb' sign. Does the sign make any sense at this point? It wakes you up after requesting to be left alone :(
One of the waitresses from the restaurant/bar areas was quite loud. Not aligned with the hotel 4 stars, in our opinion.
The bedroom keys kept on failing. We had to go to reception to re-program / change them about 5 times (different days).

The Room was very outdated and was missing some atmosphere. The hotel itself was fine.
