- incredible staff - beautiful lobby - delicious breakfast - spacious room - was given an upgrade which is always appreciated - excellent balcony with breathtaking views - close to titlis - valet service is great

-I was in a dream while staying there an incredible hotel with everything to my liking until it was time to sleep I was shocked that the bed was damaged and tilted to one side that it was impossible to sleep on it , at that time I was already very tired at the end of the day so I had to manage somehow not to mention those twin beds in such a room are very small and don’t match with the luxury setting of such high standards hotel - I was surprised when I ordered club sandwich that the chicken in the sandwich wasn’t a chicken breast a mistake that usually doesn’t happen

Breakfast amazing so much choice, staff caring and attentive. Kids club amazing, Katerina was so good with our kids. Location perfect and always clean

Wir waren für unsere Hochzeitfeier im Kempinski. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam hat unsere Erwartungen ubertroffen und haben unseren wichtigsten Tag und den Tag danach so erleichtert mit dem Top Service! Besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit vom Oersonal und die Sauberkeit vom Zimmer und Hotel hervorheben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Wird bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal sein, dass wir kommen. Danke

The air con in the room did not cool the rooms down very much. The housekeeping team did not take the drinks bucket or the finished dishes away after we had finished.
