Location was amazing with a great view. It was close to everything in the village. Quite save and we had no issues parking and keeping our belongings. Great facilities and well equipped kitchen.

The hotel needs a facelift, especially Tours 2. Room service was not at its best.

our room was close to the stairwell (head of bed shared the wall) and the elevator was broken. it was very loud. people going up and down the stairs with ski boots on. slamming of the stairwell door

No mention of needing to check at completely different building, was confusing and frustrating as no one was picking up phone when attempting to call in the afternoon.

Furniture is dated but it was clean and in good condition. Sheets were a bit yellowed but clean. No lobby in building 2.

The room was clean and well presented when we initially arrived. also the room overlooked the mountain so that was also quite nice. Because of the issues listed below Doris from reception was very apologetic and did permit a 4pm check out so we could ski one last day without rushing. Shout out to Doris for being outstanding.

Heating: during our 2 night stay our room had no heat. I called 5 times to the front desk and visited the desk twice. No one from maintenance ever addressed the issue. TV: initially would not work. called for maintenance three times and eventually we disconnected everything and fixed the issue ourselves. Bathroom: had zero toiletries in it. no soap, shampoo, conditioner nor anything. We called the front desk, were told no one would be in from housekeeping until 0800! To be fair the front desk clerk brought over a small plastic bag of items for us. As for value for money? I expressed checked out and have yet to receive a Visa charge. If we are charged the amount quotes and $20 per day parking the hotel is not a bad option. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn across the street before and can highly recommend that property.
