We had a great time at this house. The pool was fun for the kids and the beach was only 2 blocks away. The golf cart was nice to bring our stuff to the beach. The bikes were only okay, they are not well maintained but other than that the house was great.

There were so many problems. No one available to assist us when we checked in. we would call and be placed on hold for 20 to 30 minutes and then the phone would disconnect. The exhaust fan over the oven didn’t work so the house was constantly smoky - never fixed despite calling.The front bedroom had housed a cigarette smoker at some point, despite the house being advertised "non-smoking".The sheets on some of the beds didn’t fit (neither did the replacements that were brought), the icemaker didn’t work - neither in the fridge, nor did the separate icemaker. Management never fixed the icemaker while we were there, but did deliver a bag of ice. Handle on the coffee pot was broken (dangerous) and that was never replaced despite our request, and a photo sent of the coffee pot. The front and back doors were disgustingly dirty around the locks and the handles. We asked that those cleaned and they were. There were very few cleaning products in the house. A house that has beds for 17 to 18 people should be stocked with more than 2 ounces of dish soap and one roll of paper towels and no tissues Only one fridge and one dishwasher despite there being room for a second dishwasher to be set in the cabinets. Overhead lights on first floor with wattage to land an airplane, but only two table lamps, one of which was broken. Dimmers to the overhead lights are needed. There were no tables out on patio, unlike ad photos, nor were there rugs inside in livingroom. Sofas worn and need replacement

Everything was so nice! I was just perfect for our family vacation. We had a party of 22 and it was so much room available.

The stay was comfortable there is a gate around the pool which was a safety measure for younger kids who may be inquisitive. However, you could not enjoy the pool at night. The backyard was very dark and the pool does not have lights. Also, there is a very loud bell that continuously goes off when the back door of the house is opened leading to the pool. It was very annoying so guest had to constantly push the button when someone exits the door. It was very annoying because we had older guest.

We greatly enjoyed the pool and it was nice to be so close to the beach! The house was great and accommodated our large family reunion well!

We are a family of 17 with ages ranging from 9 through 82. We vacation together once every year, usually in the Miramar/Destin area. The location of this rental is perfect, since it's close to literally everything. We enjoyed the golf cart for getting around, as well as the bikes. The house is beautiful! It and the pool were very clean. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes and such, and all the appliances worked well. There were a few things, however, that were deal-breakers for us ever renting this house again. Several beds are very worn out. Some of us (who don't have back issues) got up with backaches all week. There is an icemaker in the closet/pantry between the kitchen and living room that runs almost constantly. It is loud enough to be a major distraction while having a conversation in the living room. It also makes the tv volume much higher than it should be. There is only one refrigerator. For a large family that cooks almost all meals instead of eating out, that pretty much guarantees you will have to go to the store daily. These things may seem nit-picky to some. For us though, when we pay this much for a house we want to be satisfied with it, not irritated by it.

House was perfect for our annual family location! We could congregate in the open concept kitchen and living room comfortably, and there were 20 of us! Living room starting to show signs of wear and tear, recommend a professional cleaning or replacement. Because we’re a large group, we cook in and condition of cookware was challenging. Great location and nice yo have bikes and golf cart!!

Overall very enjoyable. Thought third floor smelled musty. Excellent response from owners. Would stay there again.
