Belle vue, chambre confortable
Le propriétaire a essayé de nous arnaquer avec le taux de change.
On voulait payer par carte il nous dit que c'est 5% de plus, déjà agaçant. Ensuite il nous répète 10 fois de payer en dollar si on veut payer en cash, on lui dit qu'on a pas de dollars et que nous allons payer en Bolivianos.
Il nous sort un taux de change faramineux qui passe la note de 90$ à 130$, je ne plaisante pas.
Il nous dit que si on veut payer en Bolivianos le taux de change sera de 1$ / 10 B. Sauf que c'est 1$ / 6.9B.
Donc il voulait faire gonfler la note de 630 B à 900 B, soit de 90$ à 130$.
Et pendant ce temps là quand je lui dis que j'allais sûrement pas payer avec ce taux de change il commence à essayer de noyer le poisson en me parlant des commissions Booking, n'importe quoi.
Je tiens à signaler cet établissement pour escroquerie / scam.

Queria um local para relaxar e passar um dia mais calmo na minha viagem. E este foi o local ideal. Para quem quer agito, é um pouco longe do centrinho (cerca de 20/25 min caminhando). Mas para quem quer sossego, é ideal.
Tem alpacas no pátio, doguinhos e muita paz.
Os funcionários todos muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Foi uma linda experiência acordar vendo o lago Titicaca

The view is nice and the dogs and llama are really cute
I had booked a bungalow however half the roof on each side was held together by plastic strips and celotape. The first night had a very bad storm and it was really scary to sleep under the roof thinking the water would leak inside. I asked to change rooms to a twin room in the hotel building upstairs and the owner did so straight away. I would only recommend staying in the twin rooms in the building and not the bungalows. There was no breakfast when I came down at breakfast time, they only gave me a coffee, when it stated that breakfast was included

We didn’t stay, our room had been cleaned but there was a vile smell in the room that hadn’t been addressed.
This property is 1.2km outside town so requires taxi if have bags etc. Staff were very young with no English so we were unable to explain why we didn’t stay.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Konden zonder problemen een extra nacht blijven, omdat we ziek waren. Erg behulpzame mensen. Genoten van het uitzicht op het meer en alle dieren in de tuin. De kamer was schoon en ruim.

Gorgeous views, bright and colourful rooms! Very kind staff, nice breakfast. Also the animals are so cute - alpacas and doggies! Would defo recommend, great value for money
Our double bed was quite creaky and rickety, but luckily we had a spare single bed so we could sleep in there.

Friendly Hostfamily, nice garden and view, cute bungalow (stayed in casita del árbol), clean, warm shower, it's a place to relax. Breakfast was good.
Bathroom door is a little too small for tall people (easy to bump your head). It's a bit far from the center (restaurants) .

Amazing place. I had the luck to stay on the top floor and enjoy the magnificent views over Lake Titikaka.
The room was sparking clean.
The animals, Llamas, Dogs and cats were quite calming.
The breakfast could have been a bit more....

I stayed in their cute tree house room. Great lake view from room and staffs are all very friendly. Breakfast is good and also you can see the good lake view from their restaruant. The garden is lovely with two llamas. It is about 15 minutes easy walk from downtown. Cold in the night without hitter. I will stay in this hotel again for nice atmosphere, service, garden, lake view , and animal friendly enviornment there. Highly recommended.

The view from the bedroom was amazing and the sun coming in kept the room so warm even into the night. There is many animals roaming the property and a cheeky little kitten that will make its way onto your lap at some point. The people running the place were very friendly and welcoming.

No shower curtain so water splashes everywhere and no hot water.
No drinks available, they don’t offer tea or water at arrival.
Breakfast was 1 toast and 1 tiny round bread from probably 2-3 days ago + 1 scramble egg, a tiny juice and coffee : we expected way more for the price compared to other hotels.

They did our laundry (15 BOB/kg). Breakfast simple but good.
The shower didn’t have a shower curtain so the whole bathroom was flooded. It was hard to operate the shower, I had hot water just once.

It is only 1 km out of the centre of town but that is a tough walk if you have luggage so definately suggest anyone booking to get a taxi to arrive - departure is downhill so not a big issue.

The view from the room was really nice and it felt secure. The garden was also very nice
The bed was rock hard, we had to get extra blankets to make it bearable. When we went to reception about this there was only a child and when we asked to speak to an adult he said they wouldn’t be back until much later as they were in town. Furthermore, One of the shower knobs flew out the wall followed by a jet stream of water which flooded the bathroom and the water seeped through to the other side of the wall which was the bed room, the shower was therefore unusable (and cold)

The place is really cute and quirky. We stayed in a private bungalow which had a great view of Lake Titicaca, with a nice terrace to sit on. The owners were really nice and friendly, helping to book our boat to Isla del Sol. Breakfast was fine and we were able to leave our luggage for the day.
The water in the shower was cold (although might be typical for the area). The location is a bit far out from the town (15 minute walk).

Beautiful terraces. Good price/quality rooms. The dogs and lama's in the garden make it a really fun stay. The host is very kind. It has a direct walking path to the beach.
The city center to the restaurants is a 10-15min walk (depending if you're going uphill or downhill). If you plan your day well, this is of course no problem. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We had an amazing treehouse all to ourselves with a balcony looking out over Lake Titicaca. It was lovely waking up every morning and seeing the alpacas grazing and the dogs running about. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
The location is great as it has such amazing views over the lake but it is about a 15 minute walk from town so just be aware if that's a problem for you. We didn't have hot water in our shower which we were told about before checking in and offered an alternative room with a hot shower so again if that's a problem for you they are very accommodating.
