Positive but expencive

The condo was great. Very clean and well stocked. The balcony had an amazing view and was very private. Bedroom was comfortable and the pullout sofa sufficed for kids. Location was a huge benefit of this condo. Numerous eateries and coffee shops were right across the street.

Will stay again

We used it as a home base for traveling the island for 3 days. Enjoyed am/pm siting on ocean side deck watching waves,fisherman surfers, swimmers and sunset.

This place is beautiful. It was very clean, well stocked, plenty of towels, everything you could need! Had beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, was perfect! Husband and I stayed here a week for our 10th Anniversary! Was so nice to have a welcome basket for us! The only complaint is, the fan that was in closet didn't work. Other than that, perfect!

Central location, great view, very clean, everything you need. Highly recommend!

This is the cleanest and nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! They have literally thought of everything you will need! A fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, starter sets of toiletries, paper products, etc. The description of the property is spot on. The furniture and bed we’re comfortable and there was plenty of pillows, bedding, and towels. The property manager was nice and very helpful with the area. The pool was lovely and the view was gorgeous. The unit appeared newly remodeled. Excellent communication by Vacasa. I highly recommend!!

Property was super clean and as pictured in the listing. Property manager was informative and exceptionally welcoming. Saw a sea turtle from the balcony on the last morning.

This property was the highlight of our stay. Lovely in every sense. The Passion Bakery right across the street is a delicious way to start your day.

Beautiful, clean property with an amazing view. Had everything we needed for both trips to the beach and dinners at home. The AC units and the washer/dryer were also great to have. We did not hear any street noise, only the sound of the waves :)

View of ocean and wishlist bay is awesome. Lydgate beach within walking distanCe great for snorkeling and for kids. Nice central location to visit both north and south kauai which u will want to do. Condo has everything u will need to make your own meals to beach chairs towels and umbrellas. Highly recommend

Next to the ocean, close to a big marketplace that has lot of food options. Love the ocean facing patio with privacy. Kitchen has almost everything, we didn't think we would use the washer and dryer but used it 4 times during our trip. This condo is midway between north and south side of island so not too close to anything but everything is equidistant. There is really only 1 highway in Kauai and it can get bottle necked. North bound 56 was open during very specific hours during our stay and we couldn't hit the beaches past Aninie.

We loved this condo! When we parked we weren't sure what it would be like as the building is right off a main road and its a bit dated. Couldn't have been happier!!! 211 is far enough from the road that you literally heard only the ocean from the kitchen/Living room/lanai. We loved the decor. We loved the cleanliness!! It was so well stocked with everything we needed. We vacation ALOT and Vacasa is always a notch above the rest. The detail put into their homes is so tasteful. Our vacation went by way to fast. I have never re-booked any location as I really enjoy seeing/finding new places. This is the first condo that I would strongly consider booking again. We didn't have to use the A/C at all. We opened the slider onto the lanai and opened the bedroom windows/front door slats/ and the cross breeze was enough to keep it comfortable. At night we used a fan. The pool on the property isn't fancy but kept very clean and comfortable temperature. The rental came with chairs/cooler/umbrella. All the necessities for ocean play. The ONLY drawback is that the bedroom is facing the parking lot/street and there was lot of street noise through the night. We solved that problem by sleeping in the living room!! ;) Sleeping to the ocean sounds is a dream come true. The location is GREAT for ease of going to Poipu or Princeville. Kapa'a is right in the middle of both. We found it easy to explore both ends of the island with really reasonable travel times to both. Our favorite snorkeling beaches were Anini, Lydgate, Lawai. Lots of others that were great for play and fun. MUST do is Waimea Canyon. Hiked Sleeping Giant. Boat ride up Fern Grotto.
