Beautiful property and great location. Only negative is parking. Need more overflow parking. It was cheaper for us to Uber than to lose our spot in small overflow area and have to park in public parking.

We had the best time. Everything was clean. There were plenty of kitchen items to cook your meals, toys to use at the beach. Our only complaint would be the ice machine wasn’t working as fast as we wanted it to. The balcony was one of my selling points for this condo. We were able to eat out there at the large kitchen table and also sit in the sitting area to visit. These things aren’t always easy with our large party. Thank you for making our vacation one for the books!!

We had a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived which were immediately addressed and remedied. The parking situation was a little inconvenient since we had to bring 3 cars and had only 1 assigned spot but we were able to use the overflow lot on most occasions - I think we had to use the public pay lot 3 times. Shopping, dining and entertainment were all close by.

Parking is awful which we knew it would be, just didn't realize how awful it would be. City parking is $2 an hour with a max of $8 a day or you can do $84 for the week. However they do not monitor the parking so you can pay for the whole week and get back from eating out and not have a parking spot. There were nights we had to drive around the lot for up to 45 minutes waiting on a spot to open up. We waited til 5 before we could check in because it was still being cleaned, our towels, washcloths etc were still not cleaned. Some were in the washing machine, some in the dryer and the rest were thrown on the counter for us to fold ourselves. They did not leave any toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags and I had to call the next day to get them. Also didn't leave enough arm bands for the amount of people that were on our reservation. However as soon as we reached out to the property they came over and brought us everything within an hour. We had several issues with cleanliness in one of our rooms but the rest of the condo was clean and great! This place is wonderful for a large family. We had 9 adults and 2 children under 2 and we were all comfortable. The elevators were only an issue for us twice. Which was when we were checking in because of the amount of people checking in and people coming in from off the beach, and one night because only one of them was working. Besides that they are extremely fast and get you where you need to go.

Nice condo! Lots of room for our 2 families! Loved being right on the beach. Only one elevator works, so that was a lot of waiting. If you are in a wheelchair, or have trouble walking, you may want to think twice before staying here. The outdoor furniture of our condo needs a good cleaning or replaced. Pillows need replaced, they were flat. Parking is for compact cars. Overall we enjoyed the place and the condo.

Everything that you think could be wrong was. From beds to dishes. Not clean. Lady who just started managing place was very helpful but it was a mess. I was so disappointed.

The property was great with a few hicups...make sure and print out parking passes prior to arrival, parking garage is very tight so if you have a full size truck or SUV park in overflow parking. Hot water was amazing and air conditioning worked great kept condo nice and cool. Ate all meals on the balcony patio which was a beautiful view. Great decor and plenty of detail.

Great location and beautifully decorated and furnished. Very spacious!! Balcony was our favorite with a seating area and eating area. Mattresses desperately need to be replaced in at least 2 of the bedrooms and bring your own pillows because the ones there are super flat. Floors were pretty dirty upon arrival but I’m sure that’s difficult at the beach. Elevator situation was bad but that is the property and not the condo itself. Overall it’s a great place if mattresses were better.

Spacious, with beach themed decor ! Well equipped kitchen (however, the freezer door only opens 4 inches due to the adjacent wall). Bathrooms need new tubs and “tub surrounds”, as they are very yellow and rust stains in “master” tub. WiFi and elevator, issues. Great view and beach access

It was a beautiful place with the perfect amount of room to gather, be alone, and to relax . The view was one of the best I’ve ever had and the beach was perfect!

My husband and I came down to Florida with our 2 daughters and our grandkids. This condo is so spacious and a bathroom for every bedroom was great. The balcony is large and room for everyone without being crowded. Excellent location. We love this condo.

We really enjoyed our room. Very nice, updated, lots of room, fully stocked with anything you should need and the patio was awesome. Parking was frustrating, our van was too big for our space so we had to park in the overflow which was always difficult to find a space. We had to pay additional parking 5 out of the 7 nights. They only had one elevator working so the wait time was anywhere from 3 minutes to 8 minutes. Very frustrating at times for sure.

The location and roominess of this condo is awesome. We loved how spacious the rooms and balcony were. There was elevator construction going on that we were made aware of prior to arriving and thankfully we didn’t have a whole lot of issues even with only 1 elevator in use. Parking is definitely not the best as others have mentioned. My only complaint is that the room wasn’t the cleanest. 5 mins of walking on the floor our feet were black, I don’t like that especially having kids staying with us. Overall this is a good place to stay and Warren Beach Rentals is great with communication and offering to help anyway they can!

Elevator access was a nightmare! There were only two elevators for the 23 floor building & one was broken for 90% of stay. Pool was closed during the day due to construction crew working on building. Bathrooms were very outdated & looked nasty. Shower curtains smelt horrible. Open concept of kitchen, dining room & living room was very nice. The bedrooms were roomy. Parking was a nightmare though! Needless to say, I will not be recommending anyone to stay at the Ocean Ritz in Panama City Beach Florida!!!

Condo was beautiful had a beautiful view… all though the main king suite bed was fully made but when we pulled covers back there was hair on most of the bed…. And the bathroom tub was stained pretty bad….i rewashed the sheets and covers and used my water shoes in the shower…. OTHER then that the location was great we had an end apartment so that was a plus didn’t want to be to noisy… beach and local shops were great and convenient…overall I give the property 41/2 stars

Our family of 10 had a great time and enjoyed the Condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone we met was kind and very helpful. Our only complaint was the limited parking and extended wait time for the elevator.

I was a little nervous that there were not a ton of reviews on this condo, but we were extremely happy with everything. As many have said the parking deck is a tight squeeze, but parking across the street was super easy (we had two cars). The elevators were not as bad as everyone made them seem, but we arrived around 6:30 so we probably missed everyone fighting for an elevator at 4pm check in. We had a few towel holders that had fallen off the wall and couldn’t work the one tv, but when we called they came within hours and fixed everything. The condo is gorgeous. The balcony set up is a perfect set up. We barely spent any time inside! There are two restaurants directly across the street. One is a diner we went to for breakfast. The other one is the Sunrise Diner. Highly recommend. The club sandwich was delicious as well as the breakfast burrito and hamburger. Also within a few steps was “The Best Pizza on the Beach”. We actually ordered that several times! There is a deck box outside the condo with various beach items. Unfortunately, there were no beach chairs. We did purchase 3 low chairs and 2 reg. Beach chairs that we left for future renters, so hopefully they are still there. It was a beautiful condo with plenty of room and gorgeous views. Thanks for an amazing time!

Warren Beach rentals were very pro-active when they found out maintenance at facility was going to paint balconies and would close pool for some of the time we were there. The condo itself was EXACTLY as advertised and the patio was fabulous. We will definitely rent from them again.

A group of 4 ladies shared this condo and we could not have been happier! With 4 large bedrooms and baths, there was room and privacy for all involved. The balcony was like a second living room and we spent mornings and evenings there daily. The parking garage is a little bit of a nightmare, but luckily we were not there during a busy time. We did not use any of the complex facilities. We highly recommend this condo!

All in all this property was amazing and I have no complaints because it was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely book this place again.

We loved our condo! Very clean and nicely decorated. The oversized balcony was a huge plus! The parking garage is a bit tight. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping.

Yes I would stay again. Its just parking was bad and leaving the elevator is a wait. But just plan right you can avoid all of this🎉🎉😍

The condo was amazing the space was on point and the balcony was spacious . The condo is in a great location close to all entertainment The only negative thing was the elevator we were on the 16th floor so the waIt was 15 minutes or more every time.

Two elevators for 22 floors, elevators were always dirty. Parking was horrible, if you are driving a very small vehicle you will have no problem. Pool was okay but not very clean. Rental unit was okay, but not impressed. Dinning table was able to break every time we sit down to eat but other than that ok

We LOVED the condo. It’s huge. Patio is spacious. Amazing views. Easily accessible to the beach. Some issues we had: I messaged Warren Beach Rentals the week before and heard nothing back at all. Fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night. We got up, went down 16 flights of stairs and waited for the OK to come back in. Whatever, it happens. However.. you could BARELY HEAR the fire alarm on the 16th floor. One of the girls woke up and woke us all up to let us know. It wasn’t until you got the 10th floor or so that it was actually loud. A bit concerning. The elevator at this property is also super slow. So much so that our grocery service refused to wait. This also resulted in us having to walk 16 flights back upstairs after the fire drill (or wait 30+ minutes for the elevator). My last criticism is the sheets. They felt like a polyester suit from 1973. Overall the condo was incredible and we had a great trip, but there was some room for improvement from the VR company and the safety concern that should be addressed ASAP. Definitely book the condo, though. Overall our stay was great and we loved the space!!

Our family had a great stay at this property. The unit itself is fantastic - and the HUGE ocean view balcony was a real highlight with an 8-seater table and more than enough outdoor couch/chair seating. The beds were comfortable, the AC strong, and the remote check-in/out process was simple. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the gulf water was clean and clear and very calm the week we were there. The queen bed felt more like a full and one of the shower drains was slow to drain (I’m sure due to all the sandy guests), but neither kept us from loving our stay. Negatives outside the control of the owner of the unit included: -Only one parking spot in the garage and it’s a tight turn to get in (backing in is easier) - we arrived at the same time as other members of our party and it was stressful not having a place to park. The overflow lot directly across the street was full but right behind that is a city lot that had plenty of available parking spots and we parked there for $42 for 7 nights. You use an app to reserve/pay for parking and the process was easy enough; was able to see our car from the walkway to our unit as well. - I was concerned the pool was too small for the building but there was only once or twice we felt it was too crowded to use and really wasn’t a problem as we just went to the ocean instead. We still used the pool every day and loved the dual 3-ft ends for our younger children. Armbands are required - someone periodically checks them for guests over 12. The unit had plenty of armbands available in the unit waiting for us and this was never a problem. - There are only two elevators for the entire building (24 floors) which meant long lines for the elevator during peak check-in time. This definitely made for a stressful arrival but honestly wasn’t an issue the rest of the week after the typical weekend turnaround day. Overall we had a great stay here for our large family!

We loved our stay. Like many other reviews stated, the parking situation was terrible. We had one spot in the garage, that our car couldn't get in. The overflow parking was a small lot that people seemed to fight over, so we just parked in the pay lot for the week. That really is the only complaint we have. But the balcony made the trip worth it in itself.

We lived being right on the beach and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and game night after a day in the sun! The parking is tight if you drive a big truck/SUV into the underground area but there is a lot across the street as well. The only negative was the arrival/unload process. Evidently there are only 6 luggage carts for the entire property and 2 elevators - so with 3 units each on 23 floors, and most people arriving Saturday between 4-8 pm, you can imagine the chaos. We ended up making multiple trips up 16 flights of stairs to avoid elevator waits exceeding 20 minutes. The rest of the week it was fine and elevator waits were not bad. We would stay again but plan our arrival/unloading differently!
