Property was clean and Spacious. Our favorite place was the balcony because it was very large and spacious and included an outdoor dining table as well as a sofa area. The view was great and we got to see a variety of sea animals from the balcony. I would love to stay here again next time we travel to PCB .

Overall this property is amazing! Very clean and very spacious! 10 people stayed comfortably all week long. The property owner was very responsive as well with any questions I had. Highly recommended! Also location is great and the views are amazing!

This condo is in a great location. It was clean, decorated well and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I was worried that the wait would be long for the elevators, but even with staying on the 16th floor we had no problems at all. I would recommend this condo!

When we arrived on Saturday night, we tried the instructions for getting onto the internet, but it didn’t work. I contacted the management, and they told me they couldn’t get it fixed before Monday. One of us needed to us the internet for her job on a certain computer, but it wouldn’t work without internet. Then one of my friends was walking barefoot in the unit and she showed me her feet which were black with dirt. The floors were filthy. I reported this and sent a picture of my friends feet. They sent someone to scrub the floors and it was better. Later in the week, we tried to use the dishwasher. It did not work. Maintenance had to be called and someone came and fixed it. It seemed like a lot wasn’t ready for us to come. The unit is nice, but had too many things wrong. I had to spend part of my vacation texting the management and maintenance.

This condo was perfect for our family trip. It was spacious, clean, safe & the balcony was absolutely amazing. the elevator wait times weren’t bad at all. The process was extremely smooth and we had an excellent time in PCB!

Our stay at the Ocean Ritz 1603 condo was wonderful. The apartment was clean, spacious and safe. Access to the beach was perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. Views are spectacular. Would recommend this property to others.

The condo was clean and well decorated. It is very roomy and comfortable. One of the king beds did not seem very sturdy, but ok for a small child. The view was stunning and the balcony was very nice! Parking was a big issues. The garage has very steep ramps that scraped the under carriage of our van bad enough that we sought alternative parking that we had to pay for. The location of the pool is far from ideal as the view on one side is the parking garage. Over all we had a great time.

Loved the size, cleanliness and decor of our condo!! Balcony has THE BEST VIEW! Owner was awesome at communicating. Only downside is parking garage. We rented a Toyota Prius bc parking garage is teeny tiny (which we were notified beforehand) but scraped the bottom of the car everytime we had to leave.
