Location n view.
They messed up my booking... Had to fight to get rooms we booked. 2 sr citizens n one handicapped , they wanted us to go to 1st fl without lift. They refused to budget but I told them I will put this on FB then they relented.
Food service horrible. Tea served in mini cups. Waiters untrained.. toast comes way after omlette, tea cold...nobody cares.

excellent location, overlooking the lake. Restaurant has a beautiful view of the lake
bathroom was a bit small, with no shower curtain, so the floor gets wet

Good landscape. Nice facility for families with kids.
Swings/ hammocks for adults with a cover in outdoor lawns would be very relaxing.
Senior staff is good.
Bathroom needs to be non slippery.
Separation of wet n dry areas.
Service staff needs better training in attending guests.

The ambience was very beautiful,
Compared to the rooms, rates were quite high. Toiletries and towels had to ask to provide which was not there before checkin. They should check their intercom system, we were got lots of missed call or just ring which was irritating and disturbing; otherwise the resort is very nice

Well ok. No stress. But not sure why my booking was without paid breakfast, I had to pay at the resort, where as all other folks has paid breakfast.
AC never worked, looked like it was about to fall off... no one in my family could sleep..AC was pathetic and could not cool the room even after 3 hours... they asked to wait for an hour for the room to cool, when the ac was not even giving out cold air, at 4 am we were moved to another room and that was also not that great in terms of cooling .... they told they will give driver accommodation but charged me extra. I had to fight for it and since it was my need I had to pay for my driver extra.
