Space tidiness everything you need

stayed for 2 nights and apartment was nice and and very clean. it actually feels like home away from home and you have everything you need for cooking.

Good sized rooms with good parking.

Disappointing to note from the reviews that most of the issues we found had been raised by previous guests, some over 2 years ago e.g. no mirrors in either the bathroom or ensuite, ensuite shower hose leaking/spraying water horizontally, loose flooring tiles, foul smell (cigarettes or damp?) on entering despite windows having been left open, no tea/coffee/sugar/salt etc as would be provided in even the most basic accommodation, carpets extremely stained and grubby throughout.

The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for me and my family and I would stay there again and recommend it to all of my friends and family.

near to where I was visiting family

I was moved from Apartment 9 to 11 which did not have a sofa bed. When I booked Apartment 9 it was because it had a sofa bed, so this was disappointing

The location was near to my family.

Apartment 9 was very dirty upon arrival hadn't been cleaned. Moved to apartment 5. The whole check in was an inconvenience as it made us rush and be late for a family party. Apartment 5 smelled of smoke. The sink in the double bedroom was blocked and the main light in the double bedroom was broken. Was told u would get a call on the Sunday but didn't!!

Location was good, but for road noise. Layout of the flat was good and it was generally well equipped.

Flat needs a good clean, especially the carpets, and some tiling needs replacing.

This is a beautiful, very clean apartment (including public areas), in good location, suitable for visiting a range of places. Hosts excellent and informative, including how to access building etc. It was immaculate and everything thought of. Plenty of car parking. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely go back if in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay, it was brilliant.

o mirror on the bathroom and drainage for the shower in the on suite needs attention.

Everything was beautifully presented, with lots of extra touches, such as a bunch of flowers on the kitchen table (artificial but very pretty). Even soap and washing up liquid had been provided, which I didn't expect. Beds were made up and extremely comfortable, towels were spotless. The shower worked very well and there was also a bath. The apartment was spacious and looked light and airy. The kitchen was particularly well appointed, with oven and microwave, even a sandwich toaster. Scissors, sharp knives, ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. We appreciated getting an email from the host welcoming us to the property and giving us a number to call if we needed anything. Instructions for parking and getting into the property were very clear and easy to follow. Altogether, this was a great rental and I would use it again. It was also exceptional value for money.

We found it hard to get the TV working as the buttons on the remote were fairly unresponsive - a guide to using the TV would have been useful (we sorted it, and it was great to have Netflix!) . I'd also have appreciated some information on the local area.

There wasn’t any breakfast it was self catering but the location was good

There was no mirror in the bathroom, the weather was very hot but there wasn’t a key to open the French doors, and there was an empty box that should have had a hair dryer in it
