I really don’t know where to start! I flew down with my 16-year-old son to visit Vanderbilt so we were clearly looking for a place that was safe and in a good area. This place far exceeded my expectations! I would’ve been so miserable at a hotel that would’ve been twice as expensive! This place felt like we were home even though we were away. It literally was exactly but even better than was described on Vrbo. The location was actually the best bonus of it all located right in the middle of the Gulch area. We walked to 404 kitchen for dinner, Kayne steak house and biscuit love and Killebrew coffee for breakfast. We walked everywhere ! We took the scooters to 12 south neighborhood bc that was too far to walk. The apartment was a perfect size and it had everything!! They even leave you pods for the washer and dryer and coffee!! The place coukdnt have been cleaner and the communication was spot on from easy check in to them sending emails to check in with us. I hope my son gets into Vanderbilt so we can come back. And 100% safe nice neighborhood. I would give it more stars if I could!!

It was very safe and liked the code to enter front door. Extremely helpful people when asked anything, they get right back to you. The condo was great and in a perfect location. I really liked everything! I will rent again! Perfect prices. Rhonda

Nice area to stay, easy to get around with the abundance of electric scooters everywhere around town. The loft seemed to be well sound-proofed, made for better sleep! Because it’s an exposed industrial-feel loft, you can really hear the AC running but I found it to be a nice white noise for sleep. If that’s a bother to some, just bring ear plugs. Lots of yummy restaurants within walking distance, definitely try the gumbo place right downstairs. There’s also a little grocery store right across the street. Highly recommend this loft.

Fantastic weekend spot for me and my wife. Great location and plenty of space and amenities for two!

The location and communication was great. Unfortunately a constant whistling noise never stopped during our entire stay and was very loud in the bedroom. In addition I recommend purchasing a new mattress. A giant sinkhole in the center which makes for an uncomfortable sleep.

We had a great experience in the Gulch! Loft was close to everything! Even walked to Broadway several days!

The rental was absolutely perfect and just a short walk from downtown.

Fantastic room, and great location. Communication was the best. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.
