Location was convenient to dining, fuel and groceries, only a block or so away, some right up and across the street.

I do not recall that the information pre-rental on this unit depicted the upstairs part accurately, does not seem so. A bit of a hardship and I might have considered otherwise had I been aware. Also, the unit was not as clean as it should have been, stovetop was crusted with nasty burned on gunk that took me 30 minutes of hard scrubbing to get removed. Dust on globes and light fixtures very apparent. THe fireplace did not work when we arrived at the unit, and the owners had to come work on it, took several days to resolve. Should have been functional when we arrived in my view.

The location was ideal. The condo was very well equipped! Beds were super comfortable.

The fireplace didn't work. We were looking forward to a hot chocolate, movie night by the fireplace.
