Host Mary was great. She met us at 1 am eventhough there was a lock box available for the keys and code to get in. She was great. She had fruits, wine, olive spread and other snacks available for our arrival. The place is great. It is few minutes drive to the old town , shops and restaurants. Villa was brand new with beautiful modern design and great views with jacuzzi from rooftop.

Everything was wonderful!! - we got a fruit basket & more as a welcome gift - there were also fresh flowers - the beds were comfortable - the kitchen was very well equipped & we also enjoyed using the grill - the location is ideal if you have a car and want to explore the island (free parking in front of the house) - the owners live right next door and Mary was such a sweetheart - and last but not least, the whirlpool on the rooftop terrace was just amazing

Everything was excellent, friendly and helpful apartment owners. We get a welcome gifts, it was a nice surprise. 3 bedrooms, and also 3 bathrooms was amazing for a group of friends. Amazing area of the house, about 4 balconies. I would like to came back there if I will be in Chania in the future.

I was waiting almost two weeks wondering how to describe our stay in this place. Whole house was very clean and there was everything what you need. Owner Mary take care on our stay and we even get fresh raki ,watermelon and figs... You can be sure that she resolve any of your issues with smile.We even checked out few hours later without any fees.Back to the house , you can fell that everything is new and spotless. Beds are comfortable and you can expect ac in every room. It's really hard to describe this place . Just try yourself. You want be disappointed, definitely. P.s 15min. To old town. And 10 min . To perfect beach . Also really worth to try Teodosi restaurant,best lamb in Chania 😉 Thank you Mary for perfect holiday. I hope we will see you again very soon 😀

Amazing place, everything was spotless clean. Would stay again!

The property looks very good, with spacious rooms, living room and 3 terraces. Everything was very clean, new and modern. I mostly liked the attention to details and the good taste it was decorated. We had everything we needed in the house and we didn’t had to buy anything. The jacuzzi area was really nice with incredible views over Chania. There are also several supermarkets where you can buy something to drink or eat. It was also close enough to the city center (by car). The owner was really nice and welcoming.

The things below doesn’t refer to the owner which was incredibly nice and kind, but rather to the person in charge of the booking (Alexander) and the communication with him: The communication with the person managing the property (not the actual owner) was a bit disappointing. I’ve asked for the exact address several days before and even a couple of times on the arrival day, but it was only provided 1-2 hours before check-in, which was quite frustrating. The house has only 2 bathrooms with shower. The third one is only a toilet. I’ve specifically asked the person managing the property about this thing, but he didn’t answered my question. We were a group of 6 persons so we were specifically looking for 3 bathrooms. The water was heated based on solar panels which made it sometimes difficult to shower (especially if you are 3 girls in the house and need to wash your hair)
