The resort is very green, beautiful and quiet, the Villas are spacious, clean and with nice furniture

Our first Villa had no internet and it could not be repaired for 2 days, the phone network was also quite bad so we had to change our villa to another one. Unfortunately we have got a villa with even other problems. The air-conditioning was not working and even after they fixed it in two days it was broken again. We also had a problem with the drainage in the bathroom, the water was not draining properly and we had a flooded bathroom after every shower. We basically had to deal daily with another problem instead of enjoying our holiday… The staff is friendly but in the restaurants the service is not at the level expected for such hotel, for example one would get the main course before his starter and the side dish at last…

location and integration in the nature. houses are amazing, and good staff

Incredible location - wild beach surrounded by nothing but green wilderness. Contemporary architecture and design. Great staff members. A place where you can experience nature in privacy.

The food in the restaurants, without exception, has to catch up with the quality of the resort.

Everything was amazing! This marvelous place needs only EV charging station to be absolutely perfect!

it was a mixed. at the beginning we got a villa near the camping and by sitting in the patio, it was really noisy. For this price you don´t expect this. We could change the villa (after making pression by asking to talk wiht the manager) and then it was very nice. The guest relation service can be improved. The rest of the team was very nice and professional, especially in the dinning restaurants. The food was very nice. Location at the Vaya beach is great

the guest relation manager was not showing emotions and trying to take care of the client - just standard sentences and not even trying to understand or excuse for the first day with the villa. There was also a mistake by the final invoice and she was stating that it was correct. At the end I had to prove that it was already paid via booking and she confirmed...
