Very nice, clean, and cozy hotel. Staying there more than a week, I can say it's VFM in Sunny Beach. 5 min to Kiko Beach, clean and quiet pool if you wish. Good for families. Safe parking for 15lv per day. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very clean, well maintained, the staff is professional. All the room facilities were functional. The furniture is fair, clean, no problem at all. The air conditioning is running very well. WiFi is free and signal is good enough. There is place for payee and free parking, as prefer. The exterior pool is huge, clean, beautiful and under permanent attention; fantastic for kids and adults. The umbrellas are fully functional. There is also a functional bar outside and the staff is paying attention to the customers. The closed beach is about 10-15 min walk and is beautiful. The breakfast was more than fair, just the coffee is bad, but this was expected.

In the apartment's kitchen there is no tool: no cutlery, no plates... nothing at all. Just the furniture. The interior pool was closed; didn't need it, but this discovery is not welcome. Better to inform there is no interior pool than create false promises. The Restaurant is beautiful, the staff is well prepared, but the food for lunch and dinner is under any expectation. Not recommended. In my opinion, the Restaurant has enormous potential and can produce more money than the accommodation. Hope a chef with higher exigence will change the situation before the restaurant completely fall.

The hotel is nice, pool is nice too and its clean, rooms are spacious and nice, staff is helpfull and speak English. The location is ok, the beach is like 7 minutes by walk, Nessebar is in walking distance (there is a bike road between Sunny Beach and Nessebar), close to hotel is road with bus connections all over Sunny Beach and Burgas and via Burgas far more to the south beaches (Sozopol...etc)- these are pluses.

The kitchen equipment is really poor-3 forks, knives and spoons, 4 glasses,one pan. Nothing else. I have asked the recepcionist to add the equipment, 2 cups for coffee, one pot was added then. I have asked one more time for the bowls for cereals, nothing happend. The pool and the water slide is open only until 18:00, then it is not allowed to use the pool. Same the water slide + there si lunch break when is the waterslide closed. The pool bar is working on random basis, sometimes the barman is there, but mostly not. Inside pool is open only during winter season,during summer its closed.

The hotel is oky, the staff who get your order ar a bit.."upset" but if you want to stay 1 week it's oky . The big plus was the underground parking where you can buy from the hotel.

We really liked the kids pool with the water slide. There was a big pool as well but we ended up staying in the small one with the kid most of the time. The apartment was big and spacious. The staff was speaking good English.

The breakfast was total disaster. The entire stay it was the same items eggs boiled, eggs scrambled, egg bread, sausages, cereal butter and some jam and some fruits. The cleanness of the rooms when we checked in was absent. There was sand all over the floors when we arrived so it clearly wasn't cleaned. The apartment had a stove with vent that wasn't connected and smell was coming from other apartments when they were cooking. we had to seal it so we don't get cooking smells.
