Shared bathroom

I can't find any reason to like this horrible place.

Hyat Hostel is one of the worst hostels I've ever seen. I booked a studio for me and my wife. When we arrived , it seemed you would stay in the roof. The furniture was very dirty and very old. The balcony door was broken. The view was over the roof of other buildings. I refused to stay as this was completely not as shown in the images on booking. I felt unsafe there. When I spoke to the secretary , she was in a denial state. She said this is a hostel, and it's expected to be like that. I told her I had stayed in many hostels before, and I had never seen a dirty hostel like that. She told me you should expect that quality in Egypt !!!. Have a look at the photos, and you'll imagine what I felt. Additionally, they didn't ask about any IDs when we arrived.

It was no any breakfast served

Sea view

The sea view room requested was not ready by the arrival time. The “free parking” was not free as stated and had to be paid. The elevator didn't work most of the time.

There was no TV The bathroom is shared The cars sound was bad because the windows doors are old

The view was somewhat great but not the one which is displayed at this particular advert at all

The booking directions sent me to a different location not the one I have booked which cost me more money than I have calculated, I needed a another taxi, I didn't get a chance to see or commicate with an agent only virtually & through WhatsApp and they were not responsive at all, the flat didn't have darkened curtains, no cups no cutlery no plates, there was a gaz leak in the flat and out appeared that the cleaner have left the stove knobs on sadly no proper windows to stop the loud noise coming from the beach,

very poor roam on a dirty roof full of wood and old stuff , doesn’t looks like the pictures at all ,My reservation was 5 nights but I left after the third night 😡

It was nightmare very bad I think that is scam Police on my door at 3 am I visit gates me like criminals People was knocking all rooms at 2 am Police man was searching for the owner I did not sleep there They promised me to resolve that issue by texting me in the morning but no reply after that They even left door key in front of door any one can access not secure at all How this place on booking

No privacy or security by any means, they left apartment rooms under the rug with an abandoned building ! , the bathroom was a total mess with no shower cabinet , rooms are with no keys , worst experience ever , i just booked another hotel after 10 mins of stay. No single sign of where is the apartment located , i kept calling like 6t or 7 times for someone to answer me .
