Bed was comfy and had curtains
I was halfway through getting changed in my shared room (no one else present) after taking a shower. Before I even had the chance to put anything on, the cleaner came inside and told me off for not wearing a t-shirt. I don't know what's more ridiculous - the rule you cannot be without a t shirt in the dorms or the fact I got told off WHILST getting changed.
Another weird gripe with this hostel is the staff will come inside your room and place anything you have intentionally left by the side of your bed e.g. your sandals or a small bag and put it in an allocated place relative to your bed number. What is up with that?? I felt like I was at a crazy relative's place and didn't want to upset the aunty with OCD.
Also, the location is terrible and the social atmosphere is nonexistent. Do yourself a favour and just find a place in the center.

Lo extremadamente lejos que queda de todo, leí en los comentarios que era cerca del metro y no es nada cerca, además hay sensación de inseguridad a los alrededores, pregunté al encargado del hotel si era seguro me dijo que si pero que no sacara el teléfono.
La habitación 12 solo tenía ventilador y era imposible dormir por el calor.

Camas confortáveis, espaços limpos, equipe muito solicita e sinal de wi-fi adequado.
No período que passei lá, não houve nada que me desagradou.

A localização que o hostel se encontra. Mesmo que ele fique relativamente próximo da estação de trem e dentro da Região Metropolitana.

Adorei o quarto, a organização, higienização, a limpeza dos banheiros. Adorei os modelo das cama com a cortina super massa. Gostei do recebimento. Fui muito bem tratada e recebida
Só achei que o ar condicionado tinha que ter deixado no 24* . A Anfitriã deixou no 26 e não deu vasão. Me deu calor 😞

Não tem misteira; não tem papel toalha na cozinha; o travesseiro é muito ruim; a cama de cima produz ruídos.

The staff was helpful and the hospitality was on a great level. The hostel is located close to the metro, so it is convenient even late at night. The staff didn't speak English though, I used little Spanish\English to be understood. I would recommend the place for 3-7 days stay.

The attention to details...from the stairs to the upper bunk beds to the little basket for toiletries. Probably the best hostel I have ever been to, and I travel a lot
Only one minor suggestion: when checking in new guests and showing them around the bedroom, first check if someone is sleeping before switching on lights and giving explanation in loud voice, regardless of hours, or say after 9pm...often travellers need a rest at that sort of time

The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful! The rooms are confortable, the place is clean and with places enough to chill out and rest… I found here only good vibes and peace!!! Super recommended!!

The staff was really nice and friendly, there was even room service! The decoration creates a special atmosphere in the hostel, really adored our studio that we stayed in, fully equipped with little comforts making it feel like home.
Hard to find something that I didn't like. Maybe just that the shower didn't have hot water (but at least it was luke-warm).
