Lovely house. The kitchen, especially, is fabulous. Enough room for all four of us in cozy upstairs. Driveway parking great. Will stay again.

Nice house in residential neighborhood. Some road noise from busy main street. The property could use some tlc. Some updates that were done were great, but a week of deep cleaning, repair work, and yard work would make this property really shine. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again if the situation arose. Bed in master bedroom was the most comfortable one I have slept on in any of the VRBO rentals we have used (usually 2 to 3 a year). Great communication from Jennifer, the property owner.

The house is big! Big bedrooms wirh real beds ( no foldaway or sofa beds) two big bathrooms, god wifi, big kitchen with lots of utensils, a formal dining area. But it needs TLC… and proper cleaning.

Love this house. Second time we have been here. The back yard alone makes it great. Grilled out several nights under the gazebo. The extra space and multiple bathrooms make it great for a family visit. We walked at night and felt safe! Not a lot of places you can do thay any more. The upgrades made from our trip last year made it even nicer. We will be back next year.

House was clean and large enough for our family stay. Back yard was large with gazebo and patio, a few more chairs to enjoy the outside would be a nice added feature. The house was minutes from our wedding venue and only mikes from our family which made it very convenient for travel.

Everything was wonderful. The property can be a bit better maintained. The yard has many over grown useless plants & in every closet there is a mess. The bathroom door by the kitchen doesn't lock properly & in one of the rooms the door locks on its own without locking it. Overall it was a beautiful home.

The owner takes great care of this home. It was in the perfect location for us and looked exactly as advertised in photos. Kitchen is stunning and the home was spacious and enough for myself, husband, daughter as well as my brother and his wife, with room to spare. Shower pressure was great and water stayed hot while both showers plus the washing machine was running. We made great use of the in room fridge in the primary bedroom and the check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised and the property was clean and well maintained. WiFi was super fast and it handled all of our devices. Loved the access of computer even though we did not need to use it. Will definitely use it again if available

We traveled to the Tampa area for a birthday celebration with family and this house was perfect for us all to come from different areas of the state and convene in one place. We had seven adults and two children (house was advertised for 9 people when we booked it) all staying in the home together and it worked out perfectly. There were enough beds for all of us without having anyone sleeping on a couch. We did bring a set of plates with us, due to a previous review. They do have a decent amount of kitchenware but not a matching set of plates. Not a big deal. We did end up buying a pair of scissors because there isn't a set in the house. Also, the towel and sheet situation was a bit disappointing. There was a towel or two in each bathroom and more in the closets, however, the linen closets were not organized with folded extras. The house and property are beautiful but could use some updating. Just your usual maintenance that comes with property ownership like overgrown greenery around the trellis and gazebo, marks on the walls in the stairwell from travelers bringing their suitcases upstairs, and other small updates you'd notice and fix up if living in the home. We would've preferred not to be reminded of the woes of homeownership while we were on vacation but again...not a deal breaker for us. One important thing to note is that the rail by the staircase has spindles that a small child could fit through. Our kids didn't try to go through them but something to be aware of if you have little ones who like to adventure. The house is located on a small, quiet street just off a larger busier road but we felt safe and it was a convenient location for the activities we were doing, Dinosaur World and Clearwater Aquarium. If you're going to be spending time outside, I would recommend bringing the folding lawn chairs for additional seating as well as some yard games. We cooked with the charcoal grill one night and it was a wonderful time. Overall, we truly cherished our stay in this big home and had plenty of room to enjoy each other's company without feeling on top of each other. A great value for the size of property you are renting!

This large home was exactly what we were looking for in the Brandon area. It was spacious and accommodating for our family get-together.

Cleanliness and Space was on the top of our list and this place was on point! Lovely home!

Property was spacious inside and out. Home was clean except for upstairs bathroom toilet & floor mats and some dirty dishes. Was disappointed for a home that sleeps 8 people there were not more dishes. Luckily since we drove down I brought some of my own for an early Easter dinner. Note the street the home is 1 house down from is very busy most of the time. Owner was prompt in communication but it was annoying to be told several times about the no party rule. As I clearly stated my high school daughter & I were visiting my college son and making Easter dinner for him and 2 friends I'm not sure how that sounds like a party.

The whole process was smooth and easy as this was my first vacation home rental. I can definitely say I will do it again. The only issue at the house was we didn’t have an iron and ironing board.

We travel a lot for business, so we have stayed at a lot of places. This one just blew us away. So much space. That is important when 5 or 6 people have to live together for a few days. The back yard is breathtaking. Cooked out several nights. 2 sets of washer and dryers. Large garage. Great neighborhood. Everything was just as listed or better. Will definitely book here again.

Great location and house close to Tampa. We loved the bold color and decor choices!! Private back yard with covered gazebo. Ample space for a family or for traveling friends. Comfy couches and beds. Huge kitchen with cookware if you want to cook on vacay! Easy check-in and out and the owner is just a text or call away for any needs. I would def recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was big enough for our family and extended family. Great location to grocery store and the mall. Only 2 TV's in the home, master and family room. No outside light at the front door. Great price for the size of the house. Houston

We checked in and experienced an issue with no curtains or blinds in one of the bedrooms. The owner was very responsive but unable to get things corrected for us the same day. She was very apologetic and offered a full refund if we wanted which we accepted so we did not stay here. That said, I would recommend this property if you are looking for a nice place to stay near Brandon and be close to all of the action.

This home, with four bedrooms and lots of living space, has a wonderful yard and many amenities. Highly recommended.

The home was very cute and provided what we needed for the weekend. Seemed like the home was in the middle of some repairs. Outdoor furniture for the patio would have been great for us coming from cold weather to sunshine but a good time was had by all.

The home was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Everyone complimented how cute the home is decorated. Very roomy and comfortable beds. Back yard looked like fun but we didn’t use it. Fast internet.

Ease of renting was great

The house is nice and spacious. it’s a shame the house’s maintenance is poor (like blocked shower and old towels) we were very surprised to find untidy and dusty cabinets and wardrobe.

We were in town for my son's wedding. The house was clean, spacious and exactly as the listing says. The mini refrigerator and microwave in the upstairs master bedroom was a nice touch. The bedrooms/bathrooms were fully stocked with linens and the beds were very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised how well furnished it was. A great home for families. The location is about 5 minutes from the mall and great restaurants. Only problem - a couple of lights weren't working and yes there was a bird nest in the chimney which wasn't a major issue. Jennifer was readily available to answer any questions. We had a great experience and will definitely book here again without hesitation.

My family and I were very disappointed by some of the issues that we had to deal with during our stay. There were spider webs on most of the light fixtures, the refrigerator was empty but had what smelled like liquid from a bell pepper inside, which indicates that it wasn't cleaned. The oven also had baked on food in the bottom of it. There was hair that definitely did not belong to anyone in our group on the bathroom floors and on some of the bed linen. We heard what sounded like bats in the fireplace. They were not able to get into the house because it was closed off but the noises were extremely annoying. The kitchen, bathrooms, and some of the bedrooms were crawling with ants. We even had to throw away some of our food because the ants invaded it. The master bedroom had some other sort of insect that was on the bed, floor, and walls. We made the owner aware of the insect issue when we saw them in the master bedroom and we also told her about the ants. We even sent her pictures.She sent her ex husband over the next morning. His visit was useless because there were no solutions provided or accommodations made for what we were dealing with. She did follow up with a text saying that she would have the property sprayed once we checked out because she didn't want us to inhale any toxins. I realize that it may not have been safe to spray while we were there but for the owner to be made aware that there was an insect problem and not do anything to make up for the fact that we had to deal with that on what was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation is absolutely ridiculous and very poor business. If you are looking for a clean home where you can have peace and quiet and not be invaded with insects or if you would like a host that will accept responsibility in the event that an issue occurs and make accommodations for those issues, then this is not the rental home for you. Her ex husband also acknowledged that they were aware of the birds nest that was in the fireplace. This obviously means that the owner is knowingly renting out this home without making guests aware or possible disturbances. It would also be nice to have televisions in each bedroom. It was quite difficult to have 7 people in the house and only 2 televisions. We were wowed by the photos and the few reviews that were posted about this home but our experience was not a good one at all. Unless some major improvements are made, I do not recommend this home.

Kitchen goals. Wow. That was our base for chats, laughs and happy meals. The house was perfect for our week of siblings and spouses get together. Easy drive to downtown Tampa, Clearwater, Ybor City and Busch Gardens. Huge backyard and nice setup for outdoor activities but it was in the 90s so it was too hot for us to enjoy.. Plenty of towels and blankets and all beds were comfortable. Would recommend this home!

We had a crazy Spring Break week planned between tourist things in Tampa and Orlando and this was the perfect home base to sleep and eat breakfast. The kitchen area is beautiful and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable and the location makes it easy to get to all thoroughfares. We really enjoyed our stay.

The photos displayed the home as it really is. The kitchen was big and beautiful, there was plenty of home for the four of us to be in there at the same time. Backyard was so relaxing. Beds were comfortable and Jennifer was a delight to work with. The house is close to Tampa and all the action, but far enough to be tranquil and relaxing once you are home.
