Good location, easy access to horse races & away from all the traffic of downtown. Quiet and the wildlife was the source of early morning sounds!

Definitely needs a thorough cleaning and updates. We had to call for maintenance twice, once for the tub draining super slow and then for a water leak from behind the stove in kitchen. After they checked for leak, the burners on electric stove would not heat up so we pulled out stove to check plug to find a filthy mess but did get the plug-in pushed in completely so we could use the stove. The two bedrooms do not stay consistent on temperature so don’t know if the vents in the queen are closed or what. Would not recommend for elderly people who have trouble with steps. The maintenance personnel and office staff were good to deal with. Certainly hope the owners get the placed cleaned and plumbing and electrical checked out before serious problems occur.

Pinon Park B2 was absolutely amazing! Lots of room for the whole family. I would definitely rent this place out again.

There wasn't much not to like. The views were amazing. So quite and peaceful. Everything was so perfect l!
