Cette maison de vacances vous invite à la détente avec un jardin et une terrasse privée où siroter un savoureux cocktail en toute tranquillité. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, initiez-vous au babyfoot ou profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi, télévision et jeux vidéo.
Cette location avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain compte également un canapé-lit, un barbecue, la climatisation et un bureau. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux et des serviettes. The split level house didn’t work real well for our 2 year old toddler BUT it was great to have the other kids on one level and adults on another. Plenty of space to spread out yet come together for our meals at the large dining table. Lots of outdoor seating as well as a grill. The beds were very comfortable and all slept well each night. Children could bathe in the bathtub and adults had spacious showers with LARGE shower heads. There were 13 in our group and we all had a great time. Would definitely book this home again.

We had a blast! The property is bright and cheery. We enjoyed the location as it is a few easy block walk to the beach, across the street from a trolley stop, and has a good view of the sound side from the main dining area.
The six of us spent a lot of time in the dining area playing cards, domino's and LRC.
We watched the Blue Angels from both the front and back porches. The show was fantastic!
We really appreciated how well stocked the garage was for beach items, buggy, and extra fans. The fan's were great for outside air flow as it was very hot. There was a huge stack of very comfortable Adirondack chairs on the covered back porch too.
The response from property owner was excellent, friendly, and prompt.
We thought the floor plan was great for our group. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. The family room was on the opposite side of the bedrooms. This allowed some to sleep in while others were in the living room playing games and watching tv.
The best part, house is pet friendly and has a very large fenced in back porch.
My only recommendation is to replace the damaged water hose next to the outdoor shower.
We will definitely keep this on our list of approved properties.

My family and I rented this place for 3 nights two weeks ago. This house is two houses in front of the 5 minutes walking distance to the beach which is behind its backyard. Beach area is very clean and isolated from the public beach. House was very clean and immaculate upon checking in. Host was superb with communication and very detail on what to expect with the checkin and out process. I love it how this host will check in on you upon arriving and checking in on you throughout your stay making sure everything is accommodating. One of my family members had forgot some bag behind and host helped us locate the item and is in the process of shipping this back to Georgia for us without any hesitation. Trinh is a great host, and will definetly keep this rental in consideration if we ever visited Pensacola again. Nothing to complain here and hope her rental gets booked out for the remaining year! Thanks Trinh for the great time and will be reaching back out to you in the near future!

We had 6 guys for a bachelor beach getaway.
We went to all the local bars on the beach and had a great time. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, there is guitar hero and a foosball table, as well as beach games out back. The outdoor shower was a hit.
My only issue is that we should have stayed longer!

Everything we needed in the house, comfortable beds very clean lots of games and space to relax! We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the kitchen table and kids loved the sand toys in back yard! Beach was a quick walk away and mostly private beach too. Plenty of chairs and even a wagon and coolers to take with you. Neighborhood was nice and quiet! Close to shops and activities plus being pet friendly and a short drive to the dog park was a bonus we will be back many more times. Host was amazing let us come 2 days early on a short notice and was quick to answer any and all questions.

We absolutely loved this house. It had plenty of room for our group but yet was cozy enough to make the times we sat around talking feel like home. We will rent again next time.

Our stay in Pensacola beach was amazing. Thank you for sharing your home. It was spectacular. We will be visiting again! Had a wonderful stay and made lots of wonderful memories. Loved how close the house was to the gulf and sound sides of the ocean.

The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the rooms were. We could walk to the beach and was just far enough away from the traffic. I did not want to leave.

Owner was very responsive. We were visiting during the cold snap (Christmas 2022) and one of the water pipes burst on Christmas eve but Trinh was able to get a plumber out the next day so we were out of hot water for the night only. House is in great location and kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, dishes, etc. We had a great stay despite the freezing weather!

We came out for our elderly parents birthdays & the home accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. Close walk to the beach & easy access to restaurants, etc. We would come back. Really appreciated the good communication with our hosts.

We enjoyed our stay in Pensacola Beach.
House Pros:
- Fully stocked from the normal items to extra's such as food pantry items, extra toiletries, towels, coffee, spices...you name it.
- Could walk to the beach and house had plenty of beach towels
- Short drive to the Pier or could take Trolley
- Bikes available so was nice to utilize and explore the area
- Master bedroom super nice. The daybed could possibly use an extra mattress just because it was low to the floor but not a problem.
Cons:
- Bunk Room was nice but is a converted garage (half of garage separated by curtain). The room was warmer than the other rooms. There were no curtains on the glass door but was informed by host that they would be added soon as the door was just replaced
- We didn't use the backyard but could use some sprucing up
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Our family booked this property for 1 week. We had a group of 6 adults and 7 children. The short walk to the beach was great. The kids loved the back yard. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach wagon,. umbrellas, chairs and toys were great!

Sandy Toes Beach House
Great location and property was very clean! We enjoyed our stay with 8 adults and three small children, there was room to spare.
Easy access to the beach with many clean household items for use in the house itself. Great communication from the manager.

Great location with less than 5 minute walk to beach. Hostess provided great communication. House had plenty of room for our party of 8 and had tons of beach supplies. Definitely would stay again.

Good house, Great Location
Overall great experience. Excellent communication and promptness directly with owner. Amazing location only 2 block easy walk to the beach. House came equipment with many beach items to use. All the major appliances were fairly new and fully functional....bonus to have a stand alone ice maker which was very convenient. The multiple patios and outdoor setup was very spacious and accommodating. Few minor suggestions would be: 1) ensure the yard gets maintained more frequently as there were many weeds/long grass with sharp stickers or cactus that the kids were getting on them....it didnt really look as clean as the photos advertised 2) a couple minor fixes to: a ceiling fan, a toilet seat, a kitchen cabinet door, a pull out couch, the sliding glass door not functional. Again overall great experience at a great location and would highly recommmend.

Wonderful Beach Stay!
My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was easy to find and extremely accessible to the beach. The owners provided beach chairs and a wagon to transport things to the beach which was so convenient. They even provided a rolling cooler! The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes. The house was extremely clean with tons of towels and beach towels. There were 6 of us that stayed in the house but we could have fit at least 6 more people! Thank you for answering all of our questions quickly and for helping our family create many new memories together!

Was good.
The inside was pretty much what we wanted. It was well equipped with nice furniture, TVs, kitchen supplies, etc. The spaces were clean and cozy. The beach supplies were good. There were lots of clean towels. The water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The place is a 5 min walk from the beach.
My only complaint was the outside, which was a little meh. There was some trash and random things strewn about and the outside furniture seemed to be in disrepair. Also the outside could use a better paint job. All in all though it was a nice place and we would stay there again.

Fabulous Christmas!
This house had everything we needed. We actually did not need half of the items we brought with us. We had local family to visit and the house was very accommodating. It took a couple minutes to go to the beach so we went a couple times each day. Again. The house was well stocked, very comfortable and so so beautiful. The host was awesome as well! My cousin wants to reserve for the spring so we will be back!

Perfect beach house
This house was perfect for our group. Each family had their own rooms and bathrooms and the kids got to all stay in the bunk bed room. You have to use stairs to access the bedrooms in all levels so you might want to consider if you have somebody in a wheelchair. The kitchen is equipped with everything. The host Trinh is very responsive and helpful. The house is in close proximity to the beach. We will definitely book again!

My boys first time at the beach
My family and I really loved how this property is set up. My cousin and I, we both have young kids and they enjoyed it so much. It’s very kids’ friendly. The smiles on their face was priceless!
There were plenty of board games to choose from. There’s also a back patio where you can hang out and enjoy the sunset. The beach, it’s about a two minute walk, not far at all. We will definitely rent this property again when we’re vacationing in Florida!

Great location, property and host!
Our group of family and friends loved the indoor and outdoor space of his house; lots of room for kids to have their own space and the adults to relax. The short walk to a quiet part of the beach was perfect! We were nervous about being on the main road but it was not an issue at all for us. We will definitely book again the next time we travel as a group to Pensacola!

Beautiful home and perfect location
This house was perfect for us! The house was beautiful and had everything we could want and more. Plus the location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach. To top it off, Trinh was an incredible host and was always available to answer our questions. If you’re considering a trip to Pensacola beach then this house is perfect for you.

Perfection!
We booked Trinh's house for a girls weekend and it COULD NOT have been more perfect! They just finished remodeling and it is the cutest beach house I've booked in a LONG time. Trinh is an amazing host! Always available for anything we needed, but she also had the whole house stocked with anything you could need. A short walk to the beach and so many things to do right down the road too (so many restaurants, mini golf, Laguna's, etc). We will definitely keep this house on our radar for future vacations!
