Reviewer Comments: The repair guy shows up 10 mins after we arrive (2 hours after check in) as he is “repairing” the ac he pulls out a filter that probably hasn’t been changed in almost a year. I check the other filter while he is there which ended up being just as gross, I kindly let him know it needs changed and he said he will come back with a new filter....he never returned. He left the old filter outside in front of the house crushed up in a dust filled ball (have pictures) also while he was there, I took pictures and pointed out all the broken things such as patio chairs (so rusted you couldn’t sit on them) kitchen chairs, broken blinds and shower knobs. Small things The floors haven’t been mopped in a long time. (I would advise them to get a new cleaning crew) the garage was so full of items previous people left behind so a car can’t fit in the garage BUT it was amazing having all those things available for free! The best things about this house was, the location, the view and the price. You are steps away from the beach, the view from the master was breathtaking and the price was like no other!! There was plenty of extra bedding for guest to use. Overall I would 100 percent recommend besides the little hiccups. I personally and my family members who stayed with us would return over and over again to this location, it’s also so close to the grocery stores. Thank goodness it was a few miles out from the tourist attraction of Panama because it ended up being bike week down there so it was nice to drive away from all the crowds/bikes/noise

Great vacation rental!!! We had a family destination wedding, just steps away from the beach. This was the perfect location, and East check-in and out process. Highly recommend!

It was well maintained and it was spotless clean. There were bicycles in the garage, folding beach chairs water floats and other beach toys for our use. There is a private hot tub that was serviced twice while we were there and a large pool. There was plenty of parking and the ebach access was right across the street. THios hosue will become our go to location in PCB.

A very nice community and an awesome rental. It is apparent the owner is committed to ensuring guests of every age have a memorable experience. Scheduling and the check-in/check-out process were great. I was informed about everything I needed to know in advance of my stay. Looking forward to the time when we can do it all over again!

Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house multiple times over the past several years and were surprised at the condition of the property this year. The house did not feel clean (food on dishes, sand in the floor, odd smell on the third level, etc.). Maintenance had to be sent out twice (once for a stopped up tub/shower and again for water leaking through the bottom level of the home). The furniture is getting worn with stains, including the rug, and the walls are in need of a paint job. The bedding is the same from several years ago and also had stains. Overall, the rental needs some TLC. We have enjoyed this rental house in the past but will likely be making other arrangements for next year’s vacation unless some updates are made.

This is a great property for a large family group. The ice machine in the basement is an awesome bonus. The garage is full of beach gear (chairs, floats, sand toys, bikes). The short walk to the beach is very convenient. The location is great. Just something to be aware of - this house has A LOT of steps. This was fine for all the younger people, but it was a lot of steps for my parents who are senior citizens. The lower floor has one bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Then the kitchen, one bathroom, and the bunk room are on the next floor. Then three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the third floor. No matter which room my parents used, they still had to climb steps to get to the kitchen and main living area. Also, there are no doors or gates on the stairways, so if you have small children in your group, this could be a major safety issue. Some of the spindles on the balcony off the living room are loose and can slide over to the point that a small child could get through. We notice things like this because my husband is an insurance agent, so he's always seeing liability risks that others probably wouldn't even notice. This property is perfect for young/middle-aged adults though. The pool was very warm and well-maintained. There's a nice outdoor shower by the pool and a hose for washing feet at the front entrance. The coded entry is way better than having keys with a large group where everyone is constantly coming and going at different times. Great stay!

There was plenty of room for all of us and it was in a great location West of Pier Park but super close to grocery stores. It did not have super high traffic and was quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cooking pans and utensils. There were only a couple things that need an upgrade and that would be the outside balcony chairs and tables as they are rusted and won't turn and one chair no one could sit in as the leg was broken off at the bottom. For my family, it would have been nice to have some throw blankets. Since we flew to Panama City we did not have any and the air conditioning works GREAT!!! I will say, if you are not used to stairs or have issues with stairs this may not be the place for you. We had a wonderful time and would stay in this unit again!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!

We had noticed a recent review that caused us some concerns and contacted the host who assured us that there would not be any problems. Upon arrival we found that the house was very nice and super clean. The host was very nice and he was there when we arrived and had just finished checking the property. The private hot tub was a big hit for our family and the spacious great room was perfect. There were some beach chairs in the garage. The beach access was right across the street and there were no other people nearby so it seemed like a private beach compared to when we have previously stayed in hi-rise condos where the beach was very crowded. We will be back and ill stay here again.

It was a perfect experience! The agent for the management company was very responsive answering every email in a timely manner. He was very accommodating and even arranged for an early check in because of our family's flight arrival time. The house was very clean and had everything our family needed to have an after graduation dinner. We especially liked the separate ice machine in the downstairs suite that makes plenty of ice and the large 2nd fridge and the bicycles in the garage. The private hot tub on the back patio was very nice and the pool was very clean. We enjoyed this property so much that we booked it again for a fall family get together. I highly recommend this property to others. You will not be disappointed.

Location and house were fine with exception of needing upgrades on carpet upstairs and kitchen tools. The cleanliness of house was terrible and the property management is poor at communicating and not resolving issues. We would rent again if they had better cleaning service and host.

This is a great property in a wonderful location. We were there mid-April and there was hardly anyone else in the neighborhood so it felt like our private beach. Great grocery stores and restaurants very close by to get anything you need, and only a few miles away from everything PCB and 30A have to offer. The property was very clean, with a well stocked kitchen which our family used every day. I only noted that there was not any microwavable flatware. The main living area is fantastic, with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing for our party of ten. Couches and chairs were super comfy, and the huge, brand new TV was a big hit. All the beds were also super comfy, and we loved that they're mostly king beds, as we were only traveling with one child. The basement room is basically a separate apartment if anyone in your party needs their own space. Just bring a sleep mask if the light from the ice machine is the sort of thing to trouble your sleep. We had a couple of minor quibbles, mainly that some of the blinds are broken and need to be replaced, and the hot tub could use servicing. But overall, a fantastic place to stay at a great price. Highly recommended.

We loved this home and the location! We had three families and everyone had their own space plus enough extra room for the kids to share. Note that the pull out couches are really only for kids - wouldn’t be comphy for an adult. Linens are in the closets and ottomans (we struggled to find them at first!) Directly across from beach access for a 30 second walk to the beach..and Sunnyside is away from the hustle and bustle of both Destin and PCB, but close enough if you enjoy tourist attractions. Some really cute local restaurants nearby, especially Thomas’s and Sunnyside. Super quick drive to Camp St. Helens State Park, and grocery stores. Lots of chairs are beach toys and bikes although a couple need some repairs. Ice maker and garage fridge were an awesome bonus! Overall it was a wonderful place to stay!!

Our family stayed here and really enjoyed the unit and location. Unfortunately the pool wasn't heated like listed, and the hot tub wasn't working, but it didn't ruin our trip! We still had a good time staying here, and would book again in the future!

There was plenty of room for our group and the accommodations were comfortable. The only thing that we would like to see are mirrors in the bedrooms and extra blankets for the beds. The area is perfect and the beach was beautiful. Close enough to the restaurants of 30A and the older places of PCB with the best fried baskets anyone would want!! Beach access is so easy and the bikes in the garage were a nice thing to have. We have already booked for next year!!

The refrigerator upstairs needs replaced because you can’t get ice from the door, the ice maker & the freezer door got like iced over. The fridge in the garage was dirty. The front door was dirty, the bed coverings (not sheets & blankets) were stained. The upstairs master blankets has a hole in it & little fuzz balls all over it. The faucet handle in the upstairs main suite shower needs replaced. Little things like that that just need some up keep.

I asked twice for someone to come take a look at the upstairs fridge because it didn’t get very cold. We had to put some stuff in the downstairs fridge so it didn’t ruin. We asked twice for extra blankets which we never got.

My family group of 14 enjoyed this house for a week. The location is perfect- easy beach access and very low traffic area. This house is beautifully decorated! The only things to mention that could be future updates would be to add a second washer/dryer on the top floor where the 4 bedrooms are. Washing towels and clothes for a large group kept the lower level washer/dryer constantly running. The bunk room also gets very warm, so make sure you make use of the box fan in the closet. There’s not an air vent in that space and it gets hot from using the outside porch door frequently.

The beach access is right in front of the house. The only problems were the stairs.Knew that the house was 3 stories just didnt think about having to climb all those stairs. Definitely need an elevator. Also the washer and dryer should be on the second floor. Went home with alot of dirty clothes. Lol. If you are young or older in good shape it is an awesome place to stay. If you're like me, old and out of shape its kind of hard on you.
