We have a great stay! Rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. We're looking forward to staying again. We love Lake George, and this hotel is so conveniently close to town

Breakfast is same as every continental breakfast at most hotel.

My room toilet had a sticker that stated “disinfected or Sanitized “ but when I lifted the toilet sit, there was a pee stain, the room smoke detector was hanging off the wall, and they ran out of forks to use for customers during breakfast

It was filthy and $275 a night! The lamp next to bed didn’t work, the bottom sheet wasn’t fitted and therefore didn’t stay on mattress. Sink didn’t drain.

Breakfast was over at 9 am so we missed it. The beds were a little hard and we went out of our rooms to see our son and the room key was no longer working 5 minutes later, there is no elevator

The breakfast Was ridiculously Disappointing 12 sausage patties, in 2 inches of Grease  No hot eggs only some hard-boiled eggs that look old no orange juice in the machine. The coffee was gross tasting only one choice of cream, half-and-half, five apples for your fruit choices. One dozen mini muffins two dozen mini bagels, and a waffle iron

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. No mattress fitted sheets, mold, dirty bathroom and rude staff. Breakfast was also not great. Yuck.

This hotel was located in just a few miles from Canada Street.

During my stay at the Wyndham hotel,I experienced several issues with the property. During my stay, my AC unit turned off and on the entire duration of the night. There was mold exposure in the bathroom, which caused the entire bathroom to smell like mold when the shower was in use. The Jacuzzi tub feature that I paid for was on assessable being that the water was discolored the entire time that I ran it. In addition, my key fob was turned off at 9 AM. Online it states that check out is at 11 AM but when I return from breakfast, my key fob was deactivated. When I report it to the manager. He informed me that he was the highest point of contact, and that he would see what he could do to accommodate for my complaints. The manager MJ said that he would follow up with me via email and I still have not heard back from him regarding my complaints.

Great location and facility.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Pillow cases were not changed from previous guests. Floor looked dirty, and crumbs of food by the refrigerator from previous guests. Rooms are too dark.

In general the place was clean, smelled good, great price and location Breakfast was good

The bathtub left to desire, very dirty and blowdryer too! As per the bedding, very uncomfortable, sheets came off, no elastic, blanket too small and comforter slid off Coffee filter with coffee from last guest still in there

The cleanliness, the room so dark, the breakfast was horrible had to go buy it elsewhere, coffee pot in bathroom dirty filter was in it and open packs of condiments. Horrible Wi-Fi service, walls paper thin the safe in the room was hanging out of wall too heavy for the wall I’m assuming and the pool area was not kept up on and needs attention big time!! just not as good as the description lists

The location, the tub.

There were public hairs by the jet tub, the coffee pot and cups are in the bathroom, we found a cockroach in our room.

It was upstairs and I have bad knees so I couldn't get to the breakfast.

Didn’t get my Refund as I stay only one day and I did inform everything to Booking.com but I didn’t get any response.

I did not like anything...we checked in and checked right back out.

Well it could be what was said on the website which said indoor/outdoor pool which it had only outdoor

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are holding over $1,500 of my money right now because they couldn't figure out that I wanted the deposit split between 2 cards. So they double charged one card and left the deposit on the other. RUN don't walk from this place. It's also disgusting with no TV available in the room unless you log into one of your accounts like nextflix. I am going to contact corporate about this issue and give them a negative review everywhere I can. I spent half and hour on the phone with them after they charged me the full room amount plus deposit when they already had a half deposit on another card. And no real apology or accommodation for this insane inconvenience.

it was a nice location.

There wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed, so the mattress became exposed when sleeping. multiple pillows has stains on the pillow cases. it did not feel clean.

Breakfast was served. Great coffee

My daughter didn't get to used the pool because they said that the pool would be open at 9, instead they open it at 10:30, and we had to check out at 11:00

Heater didn’t work so they down graded me to a standered room that sucked

I understand it's hard to get workers but we could not find anyone to register us when we arrived
