View was ok. Porch furniture abundant and nice. Beds uncomfortable. The entire condo could use upgraded. Lack of cookware made cooking a feat.

Location was great, the condo was clean, and easy access to locations. Two bathroom showers didn't work or drain very well. I was surprised when making breakfast there was no toaster, but had like three coffee makers which seemed odd. But, all in all we enjoyed our week.

We loved this condo and book here every year.

Love the property location & bulding. Mattresses on all beds were horrible& televisions were barely functional are my two major criticisms. Needs attention to details like remote controls & cable connections

Perfect view easy access to Pensacola and close to bridge to inland. Easy check in everything was clean. And there as told would be. The book in the room that welcomes you needs to be updated. It’s not accurate. And the beds could be better but all in all. It was a great week and we enjoyed it. Ps the view is remarkable. It’s perfect.

Loved the location, the pool, number of bedrooms, the balcony and spectacular views. Vacasa worked really hard to help us when we ran into trouble.

This condo is our favorite so far! Plenty of space, perfect location, clean, nice decor, comfy beds. We had to figure out how to work the thermostat and also realized the door wasn’t locking when we left. Figured both out fairly easily. We would stay here again and again. Rhea at Vacasa was so professional and helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

Beds were terrible, internet was terrible, wall leaked, no TV in one room, toilet overflowed, bedding and rugs were filthy.

This Condo is open and bright and the perfect space for a beach vacation.

The place was clean and beautiful. We had a great time. Plenty of room for people to sleep. I will definitely book again

The Pearl had easy assesibility to the beach, pool, and Pensacola. Loved the two pool setup that is compatible for Adults and Kids. A very clean condo and property.😎

Had a leaky toilet, called the number and was told someone would be out the next day and we never saw anyone.

The coffee pot in the kitchen did not work, we left a note on it. We used the one that was in the guest room kitchenette. The water ran in the guest room toilet a couple times but a couple jiggles on the handle helped. Other than those 2 issues, we loved it! Very spacious and clean! Note: I left my green dragonfly necklace hanging on the lampshade in the guest bedroom, but didn’t want to pay the $25 to have it shipped back to me because it probably would get broken.

I loved staying on the 2nd floor! The balcony is perfect to sit, relax and enjoy the view. There were plenty of towels and linens provided. The guest suite works perfectly for families traveling with grandparents or another couple. I would rent 201 again but I do think it could use a couple updates such as shower curtains that aren’t moldy, a working vacuum and a new living room rug.

We really like The Pearl. Beautiful view of the Gulf and wonderful white beaches. This unit needs a lot of work as no upgrades have really been made to the unit. Plantation blinds were beautiful but several other issues while we were there.

Very east rental

This until was spacious and light. Easily accommodated 6 adults. Right on the beach so the sunrise over the pier and sunset over Pensacola. Beautiful! Thank you Vacasa!

The condo and property were beautiful but the furniture was super uncomfortable. And the management put a deck table and chairs in the middle of the condo which we had to move out of the way. Plus the ac kept stopping and starting. The staff and maintenance people were nice.

The view from this place is stunning! do match natural light from windows everywhere with shutters that will fully open! Gaze at the moon or the sunrise from your seat in the dining, living room or balcony!!!! Oh, even see the sunrise from the master bed!! Also, hear the waves from inside! The beds were pretty nice, couches and chairs so so... Kitchen was decently equipped though fairly small. great laundry with another amazing view!! Bathroom towels were nice and plenty of them. There was a great beach closet that had most everything you'd need already there! Ok, so the negative. The place was incredibly dirty. The area rug was absolutely full of junk in living room, the floors left your feet black to walk through the house. The floors were quite sandy and required a good sweeping. we would have vacuumed the rugs but the vacuum had no suction. Coffee table was black on edges with crud. Found trash left behind in multiple places. The kitchen still had food splattered on the stove handles and behind the kitchen sink.. These are just the things very apperent... Would I stay again? If it had a good deep cleaning then absolutely.. It is a beautiful place in need of lots and lots of cleaning!!!

We really loved our stay at The Pearl. The location of the condo and the 2nd floor unit was ideal for our family traveling with 4 of our grown children, 2 grandchildren and my Mom. A nice, lower level floor with easy access to either end of Navarre Beach and a quick trip to Pensacola, which we did for dinner twice. The unit had everything we could possibly need and the 2nd master suite was absolutely perfect for my son, daughter-in-law and their 2 small children. They brought a small air mattress for the small children since this bedroom has 1 queen bed. It worked so perfectly having the 2 small children with the tiny kitchenette and full bathroom. They were able to store drinks and snacks for them in the small fridge and make coffee from their own Keurig in their room. The fact that this room also had its own private entrance was also magnificent. And having its own thermostat was a huge bonus. They were able to keep it at a comfortable temp the entire stay. They loved it! The master bedroom was huge and very nice. The only complaint I have with it is that it’s very hard to cool, even when adjusting the main thermostat and keeping the shudders closed the entire week, a fan blowing all day and the door closed it was still not very cool. The main thermostat to the unit is not for the technically challenged. We had no issues with it but pretty difficult to figure out for some. It’s also set to auto adjust back to 76 degrees at 6:30 in the morning. That took us a few days to figure out when we woke up to the unit being hot. Then it does take it forever to cool back down because it’s such a large unit with no coverings on the main balcony windows. The tiny bed that is situated in the kitchen and separated by a shower curtain was a really awkward place to put a bed. We initially thought it would work for someone in our group but it was a huge inconvenience for whoever slept there. Anyone else that was still awake or in the kitchen, had to be super quiet not to wake that person. That’s also where the washer and dryer is located, so no washing clothes after the person sleeping in the kitchen went to bed. It seems like it would work so much better if there were 2 beds that are the same size in the 3rd bedroom. The 2nd bed in the 3rd bedroom was a smaller bed, just an unusual sleeping set up aground. Overall, we loved our stay, just a few minor things that we worked through without any issues.

What a great stay!!! I don’t want to leave!!!

We recently stayed at this condo at The Pearl in Navarre, Florida and had a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend this specific place as well as booking through Vacasa. We did have a couple of issues (with the plumbing) but after contacting Vacasa, who's main office was right across the street, we were able to get it fixed right away. This issue did NOT hinder our stay at all! We were still able to do all the things we had planned! The location was wonderful! We loved our corner balcony facing the beach as well as being able to look over to the pool where our kiddos spent a lot of time. I would highly recommend staying here!

Was absolutely spotless. Great layout with plenty of privacy in the master bedroom and guest suite. Perfect for our group 2 couples and a solo.
