The bed was kinda nasty. Had stains

Under renovations room too close to loud blower that was drying plaster. Only other room was by elevator and ice machine. Didn’t stay got refund

The cost of the room was great. Room was clean. The bed was ok, just not as comfortable as we like. It was too stiff.

The commode would not flush.

We stayed for a wedding in fairmont. This hotel was about 20 minutes away from the venue, but $100 cheaper than the fairmont hotels. The room was spacious, cold, and exactly what we needed. The hotel wasn’t crowded and it seemed like we were spaced away from other guests, which I liked! The bed was so comfortable!

The room was a little outdated and the bathroom vent was not very clean. The bathroom shower curtain seemed dirty and old. Strange moldy smell in the bathroom at times. There were also some stains on the walls in the room.

Location is great! Staff very helpful and attentive.

Breakfast could have more variety, and the elevator feels like it could use some maintenance.

Body wash instead of soap. My hair dryer was damaged. They replaced it and the new one worked great.

The room were spacious & the beds were comfortable

No bathroom fans/vents, found previous guests clothes underneath beds, more of a "continental breakfast" than a "hot breakfast" as advertised.

The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was so nice!

Some odd smells in hallways, but not in the individual rooms.

Beds were super comfortable, arguably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The breakfast was good, would’ve liked a bit more options but overall not bad. The staff was friendly, and the main areas seemed clean.

The bathroom was very GROSS. There was dust and mold in the vent above the shower, there was what looked like mold on the door. The faucet had rust all around it. The bathroom had awful lighting. The pool room was uncomfortably warm, like sauna levels warm but the water was cold and had a terrible smell. The whole pool room did honestly.

the staff was super unfriendly. our bedroom had stains, bugs & rust 😅

the woman that sets up the breakfast is exceptional. she decorates the entire lobby with a different holiday theme. it makes it sooo homey.
