no housekeeping the whole visit had to ask for clean towels and washcloths linen had stain on it first night we got there also check in the clerk was not very friendly

Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was clean, spacious and comfy.

We couldn't get our Comfort Inn points because we booked through booking.com

breakfast was not as good as some places we have stayed. Biscuits and gravy were cold. Didn’t like the coffee

Rooms were of good size, prices weren’t bad & the front desk person was pleasant.

There was trash in both our rooms and considerable mold in the showers and sink areas. The sheets/blankets also appeared dirty. The breakfast was almost really good, but it was lacking in standard items that left us wanting. The rooms were very loud as well, we could hear constant stomping and other noises.

The room I booked was not available. I had to take a different room that was less expensive but they refused to adjust the cost because I booked through Booking.com.

racist useless Sunday morning desk clerk who when screaming when I showed her the printer needed changed because my ticket qr code was so poor it would not scan. she started yelling that she didn’t know anything about computers or printers and walked back into their little room. I stood there because I saw a white man walking to the desk so she came back out and took care of him and after he walk away I said I wasn’t done and she turned and looked at me and I said you don’t need to know anything about computers just give me the toner and I can change it and she said as she stood their smelling like a wet dog and said we don’t have any.

Some detritus in room from previous guests. HVAC was disturbingly loud. Assume I just got a bad room and the property in general is nice.

the location was great being right beside a gas station. They were wonderful accommodating us because we didn’t get in until 1 am. The room was a great size and the price was awesome!

The ONLY complaint I have is there was brown hair on our bathroom floor (we’re blond and 1 is bald) and hair really creeps me out if it’s detached from a person.

The hotel was very clean and new developments around it.

The tv was very dark and difficult to watch, the staff told us something was wrong with the tv. Sort of a bummer since we were here 3 nights. The walk in shower with no lip was nice but had no hand rails for my elderly father. I slept on the sofa bed which was juat as i expected a sofa bed to be.

Everything was wonderful here and the staff was so nice. It really was a pleasure to stay there
