The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The workout room was everything that I needed. I will be staying again for my next visit before Christmas.

I stay at this hotel anytime I'm in the area. It is always comfortable, clean, and convenient!

We didn’t receive housekeeping services four nights in a row. On the second night they didn’t have replacement towels. After numerous discussions with the front desk representative about our service even though they promised results we got nothing. Poor management. They even have a clean channel. Very ironic! We will follow up with headquarters with photos.

I loved that you had products in the bathroom already. I didn’t have to take anything out of my bag. I usually use Dove products so I loved that! The beds were so comfortable

I was relieved that the heat unit was very quiet.
I could hear the TV in the adjacent room though the walls until very late. You could also hear the bell on the elevator.

Bright and welcoming hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast area was clean and they offered a wide selection of both warm and cold breakfast foods.
Most hotels have adopted the practice of not making beds or exchanging towels during your stay. I know this is Covid related, but its continuation is very disappointing, especially when the prices do not reflect the lack of service.

Gabe was fantastic at the front desk. Very professional, courteous, informative and friendly.
We were in room 103 , My only complaint was the connecting door between our and our neighbors room was terrible. We could hear everything they said and their tv was way too loud.

The Holiday Inn and Suites was AMAZING!! We enjoyed our room, the coziness, the cleanliness, the pool, the breakfast, and staff was great! We stayed with friends and visited Tygart Lake while we were there. The location was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!
