Decent place, clean. Shower head kinda wimpy. Workers in hallway near laundry are very chatty and a little too loud at 6 am . Breakfast looked great. I was doing family functions.

It was a spacious room for four people! They did charge me an extra $20 of the quoted price, may be taxes not sure!

Our stay was wonderful. Only downside was seeing a weird bug in the bathroom. It was not a bed bug or a roach. Maybe a silverfish? The pillows smelled a little bit and the carpet was coming up in parts of the room. But overall the hotel was very clean.

Easy to find & check in. Clean room. Perfect for our overnight travel stop. I don’t usually let the kids use hotel pools when traveling as they can be a bit sketch but this one made the cut! They got to swim for over an hr after a long day on the road. Breakfast was good and the car was safe overnight. Met our needs! Thanks

We were a day early for a family trip at a state park. Popped in here and had an amazing stay.

The property was over booked (we booked 8 weeks in advance). We were given a key to an occupied room. After addressing with the front desk we we told there is nothing they can do and no additional rooms available. They were able to refund our money but we did not have a place to stay that night. They did not assist with helping to find another hotel for us and our young children.
One of the worst hotel experiences. Unacceptable.

Rooms well appointed & clean. Breakfast had a good variety. A couple problems with front desk staff, I asked the night clerk for 12:00 checkout, she said fine, morning clerk said it was not noted & he couldn’t let me do it. I was there for a procedure at United hospital & needed to lay down in between.

We chose the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bridgeport based on reviews and they did not disappoint!!! Excellent service from all the staff to the cleanliness of our room. We thoroughly enjoyed the ammenities from our breakfast to the gym. I especially loved the toiletries in the bathroom! Whenever we travel to Bridgeport, this will be our home away from home!

Close to the interstate for easy travel. Our door handle was broken on door, and the shower lever didn’t pull up easily in to shower mode in the bathtub. Our double queen bed room was very large and spacious. Facility is very clean. Nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was mediocre.

There were so many kids running up and down the hall yelling to late into the night. I went to talk to the woman at the desk about it and she said that it was ball teams (not sure why they didn’t have their own floor all to them selves) BUT she kinda blew me off like it was no big deal and made me feel like I was the problem for complaining. All I wanted was a good nights sleep since I was in the area because my husband had a heart attack the day before and I hadn’t had sleep 😳 other than that hotel was clean and bed very comfortable

Pleasant one night stay at this property. I stayed at a king bed suite. The room is spacious. It came with a couch and a comfortable bed. The hotel looks newly renovated and the furnitures look modern. I noticed some water stains on the shower curtain and pink stains on the shower grout. It can get loud with doors slamming in the morning. There was one elevator running during my stay. The other one was broken.
Breakfast was actually good compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. They had eggs, tater tots, biscuits and gravy and other things. They had a section just for cinnamon rolls. If you’re into simple breakfast, they had yogurt, fruits, and boiled egg :).
The hotel sits on a quiet area and close exit to the interstate. Restaurants are just minutes away.
Definitely would stay here again <3

The television never worked. 1st night a person came up to say it was a reception issue (? other rooms and lobby had working tv) and that it would come on. Never did, so the next morning they said they would have maintenance look at it... never did. Complained 2nd night and she asked if she could look at it, told her it had same problem.... never fixed
