Location was nice on the river and close to the pedestrian bridge and the old town

All our credit cards weren't accepted despite being issued in the EU. We had to scramble for cash from an ATM (which wasn't nearby) to pay for the room. Breakfast was limited and the room was crowded

Great location with views over the river. Very close to the old town center. Spacious room, with a big bathroom. Everything is very neat and clean. Free parking space available for your car. Beautiful garden at the back of the hotel.

Location, near tourist spots

If there was a coffee maker in the room too then it will be the best ever.

The room had no real windows, it was a weird room with a odd corridor attached, which was a walkway between buildings previously and had windows. If you kept the windows open you had all the smoke from cigarettes in your room, as there seems to be a smoking spot underneath. You could also hear all people talking in the yard. If you don't open the window, it's just really stuffy. The room number was 11, try not to take it. TV was very bad quality if you want to watch it and WiFi doesn't work.

The room was clean, and there was an option of self check in. I was able to check in late at night.

The toilet should at least have a hand wash liquid. It was not there, and you have to buy it separately.

Great breakfast, bike shed for our bikes. Very central. Great value for money

Low price for good apartments.

I have stayed in Görlitz only one night, after attending a concert (part of Osmodrama at the Stadthalle) and it was too late to go back to Berlin. I have booked last moment (6 pm) and the staff was very responsive and friendly, they even left the key for me in the safe (there's no reception after 8 pm). The location is very convenient with a nice view tawards the river. The establishment is an old building, you can tell by the structure and also smell (mouldy smell on the hallway). However the room was simple, spacious and clean. I would say is fair for the price you pay or what you pay is what you get. For one night was perfect. Thank you!

They don't offer hand soap at all (they tell you in advance they don't), but this could be improved.

Location was great. Room was spacious and nice enough. Prices were great! The staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating. Would gladly stay there again.
